We received contact from three different solar companies, we chose Fair Value Solar which in turn were so helpful and prompt. Poor customer service and refund…
Poor customer service and refund policy. Sign us up without clear instructions on leads refund, and when most of their leads were dud’ they simply refused to refund.
If you’re a solar business owner thinking of using them. DO NOT ENGAGE. Save your money and spend elsewhere.

Company will not stop calling. I’ve never even heard of the company & wish they’d stop calling. Always call from different numbers too. I am not interested in solar.

3 quotes, tree quotes and go solar quotes same companies
I made the enquiry for a quotation via Go Solar Quotes and received emails and text message from two different companies which I did not make any enquiry to them originally.
3 quotes, tree quotes and go solar quotes are the same company.
After, a woman named Kelly texted me saying that Sunboost will contact me. I do not like Sunboost. If I wanted Sunboost, I could have contacted them directly. These companies sell customer details to the solar companies.
You, people are not authorised to provide my details to nobody. These three companies are a disgrace.

Dishonest
Carrot was to find out if you would be eligible for any solar rebates, enticing you to have a solar system installed for upto zero cost, didn't find out if our home would be eligible for any rebates after putting address details in only to find that I am then being asked for my private details to get a quote for solar installation.
Just plain dishonest.

No fuss installation by Solar Harness
Several companies contacted me. Solar Harness came out to quote. The salesman explained everything to me and I engaged the company’s services. This company is a local company that had been running for a number of years. Installation happened when they said it would and was done without fuss.

Happy experience
I was contacted by 3 providers very promptly and met with reps of two firms on the sunny coast and one was a stand out. The owner called me several times in the process and we went thru various options for an upgrade of our existing PV system before settling on an entire new system. I was impressed by the depth of detail and care taken in preparing the quote. A rival firm's quote by comparison was vague and not fully inclusive. My technical questions were answered in an helpful manner. The pricing was reasonable and my independent reviews of the firm as well as the products it had quoted on were re-assuring. In contrast the rival firm made disparaging comments about the successful bidder and the products to be supplied which were not substantiated when looking at independent reviews- a real turn off. Currently awaiting instal. Thanks to 3 Quotes for all the technical info and assisting in obtaining quotes from reputable firms.

I was contacted by one company only and then I didn't trust them as their phone number was coming up as a suspected scan in my phone so I became very suspicious early. Decided to do my own research and purchased through a local well-known Gippsland provider.
