They subcontracted the installation, and the installers did a very poor job. They didn't even know the correct position to install the system. They also damaged my roof tiles and failed to replace them, which has cost me money. In addition, they have not paid the amount ordered by VCAT.

The company's phone numbers and managers keep changing, making it very difficult to contact them in the future or hold them accountable.

Constant calls for multiple service visits no body every got back to us for months we chased you to the point where we felt like the bad guys

I was supported through the entire process, in particular Zac Jabour shared his technical knowledge and always available for any questions although he was no longer in a sales role.
The process was seamless and kept informed.

My house batteries still don’t work after 2 weeks of being installed. I have rung up numerous times & still a technician or electrician has not visited my home to fix the issue. Also I have not been given a time or date as to when someone will come to visit to fix the problem. Plenty of different call centre people that I reach say they will get someone to call me back to help fix the issue but still no real action. Also I originally order my house battery package in May 25 & it took a very long time until mid October for my house batteries to be installed & they still don’t work. Poor support, poor follow up and poor service. Not happy !

Sales experience was not the best, was misinformed about few things and found myself having to constantly follow up.
At the end, I managed to speak with someone in warranty/technical team and finally got things moving.
Overall experience wasn’t that great but my battery is finally up and running.

Overall, good experience for us dealing with this solar company. Highly recommended!

They are very good and frendly they did good job

The company did what they promised on time and replied to my queries when asked.
The only thing is that I am not getting the full power of my solar system, they say it will improve.

What an awful experience dealing with Solar Emporium. 2 systems installed and the problems just dragged on and on. Customer service was non-existent and I was either ignored for lengthy periods of time or I got different messages from the multiple people I spoke to. Months after the instal and I'm still waiting for my solar system to be fully up and running.

my experience with solar emporium was very good the staff was very helpful exspecialy Tanvir and Pulok i give you 10out of 10 for the installation and keeping me up to date with the phone calls,but the only thing i was up set with was paying 150 dollarsfor 2 slaps of concrete which i could have brought from bunnings for 10 dollars but other than that i was very happy with the help and work what was done thanks again regards Robert Arnold

Good communication throughout the whole process.

Dealing with Solar Emporium was very professional and easy. They have explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Even after the installation, they have been very very helpful. We highly recommend them.

Not really good English speakers, nobody understood me ore what I wanted. Just tried to force me to buy what they designed. Not good enough do you have others tha An help me or have any Australians working there or is it all off shore??????

Attentive customer service, however, too many third party people involved, and lack of communication between those parties. For example, sending me a battery that was in a banged up box. They sent me a new one after I had raised my concerns.
The install process was smooth during the day, they cleaned up after the job. They came back on a Saturday to finish up the work as well. However, the installer did not finish the job of building the array nor connecting the inverters on the Enphase app as I had microinverters installed. There was also a lack of information provided to me when it came to where to install the battery, I was not informed around the regulations of the battery location (e.g. it cannot share a wall with what would be considered a habitable room - any room that isn't a garage, outdoors, or a laundry). So the installers had to come back and install noncombustible sheets on my wall.

The installers were lovely and had to finish the job in 2 days given there's more work involving microinverters. I had to call Enphase and do this mysellf.

Overall, happy to have my solar system connected but there definitely needs to be improvement in the way the whole process is run and finishing the job properly.
