Tony more than Happy with the Service..collecting my Motorbike ..and explained the full process..

Dean was very polite and very friendly. I’m very happy with the service and was done first thing in the morning.

Wow just had my Hayabusa back after a big accident.

The whole team have been amazing sourcing original parts making sure the brakes the caused the accident were fixed.

Even down to the delivery from Dean. The bike has never looked so good.

It is refreshing to talk to technical people who know about Motorbikes and can explain the process clearly. Fab service and a special thanks to Dave P who was extremely helpful.

Updated as to when my hire bike was arriving, live tracking. Phone call 20 minutes before arrival to confirm.
Everything spot on with Graham who delivered hire bike and collected my bike.

This process has been incredibly frustrating. The level of incompetence and delay has been unacceptable.
I have been asked to provide excessive amounts of information, including personal whereabouts wanting to know every hour of my life the day the bike was damaged, despite already supplying a crime reference number and the police having CCTV evidence.
It then took four weeks for you to inform me that you were unable to view a document I had already sent. After that, I was asked to provide a photograph of my keys, despite no explanation as to why this was necessary. I replied immediately to explain that the keys were with the garage. Four weeks later, I have been asked for exactly the same photograph again, despite already providing that response.
The lack of communication, repeated requests for information that has already been addressed, and the significant delays throughout this process are wholly unacceptable. I expect this matter to be dealt with competently and without any further unnecessary delays.
