I don’t think words can explain how great 4th dimension are from the beginning of my claim all the way to the end. Steve and Michael looked after me and listened to my concerns without judgment. Is not a great experience to go through an insurance claim, it is incredibly stressful, I’m grateful for their help and support. Many thanks !

Overall an excellent service
4th Dimension dealt with the repairs to my motorbike after I came off it back in June. Although the process seemed quite slow, I have to say that the service I received from all the staff I dealt with- in particular, James, Chloe and Ross - and the quality of the repairs was excellent overall.

Just had an accident
Just had an accident, and the service from 4-th dimension, next day after the call juts got a new bike, new helmet and everything basically sorted A to Z spot on. Driver Tony brought the bike, really nice man to talk and deal with, highly recommend their services as it's too level as it should be.

David at 4th dimension was very helpful and knew his stuff,I was disappointed at the outcome of the accident as it was not my fault but as a company and individuals they were really helpful and professional,obviously the outcome was not their fault in anyway but David was as helpful and understanding as I could have hoped for.
