Excellent customer service. Didn't have to wait on the phone at all. Was looked after by Manny and he couldn't have been more helpful. Insurance cost was less than I thought it would be.

Awful customer service and cycnical small print.

Agreed to pick up a bike, set up insurance the night before with these guys.....bike was not as described so did not buy it.

Tried to call Bemoto the same day/next day but not available over the weekend/bank holiday.

Got hold of them on the Tuesday after the Friday. Would not let me cancel depiste a fee equivalent to 30% of the policy cost.

I asked them to put the policy on hold while I found a new bike, they said they could only offer 14 days, no way long enough. Prior insurer gave me a month and was much more relaxed. Basically forced me to cancel as they'd charge me another 20% of the insurance fee if I cancelled after 14 days.

Rubbish service for bikers.

Will try the ombudsman.

Not the cheapest quote I've had for my bike insurance but I'd rather pay more and get this type of service!

Superb new multi-bike titanium policy enacted with customer service person; Conner. My new steed a nice bmw 2010 GS TU (technical update) will be ridden with care & quickly swapping out the knobbles tires it current has fitted. Done that lark, not green laning anymore!!
