No broadband connection
Long waiting time, call did break once but people on the other side was doing what they can to bring back my broadband, and done it.
That's for the team for their effort.

Very friendly and helpful, my contract had ended and i hadnt realised, and so my monthly payments were going to increase, so Saraj rang me up to get me on a new contract so i wasnt charged more when i pay next month, wouldnt have realised and wouldve ended up paying more without his help today, thanks again Saraj i really appreciate your help 😊. Everything was great but I dont give 5 star because I got no month free when I made the first contract I got 3 months free now I made a new contract cuz I move home is 40% more expensive for same speed just cuz where I move is openreach so is premium, at least 1 month free would have been nice for still choosing to move with them.

Got through to Kane whom really went above and beyond to get me a matching deal and negating the upcoming April price rise. He was really helpful, explained the process, and very friendly and nice to chat to while we waited for the system to do it’s thing.
