Wrong listing
Used them for the first time, listing was wrong so wrong part arrived, they arranged for return of parts had to wait at home for it to be collected, now awaiting for them to receive item before they will issue refund. So frustrating and waste of my time and efforts.

This company is unreliable
This company is unreliable. They sent the wrong product and, for a month, they haven't accepted my package or refunded my money. They demand that I send it back at my own expense. Never again, I warn everyone. The worst part is that they sent me a package that was a return from another customer.

Just purchased some Predator Led Rear…
Just purchased some Predator Led Rear Lights and trim part they arrived next day look brilliant on my car. Had an issue with picking the longer shipping time but contacted the support number and they had it sorted within the hour.

Very poor customer service for missing parts
Poor customer service, Missing parts !
Ordered serval parts for a ford ranger, only half arrived with a wrong part in the box. sent them an email asking for the remaining parts and all they cared about was getting a £30 item back that was for a different truck. They would not send the remaining parts until the wrong item was on its way back to them. They sent another delivery with items still missing and asked me to provide the same evidence to them again that I had already highlighted a week before to them. They have poor customer first attuited and do not allow people to leave a review on their website probably for this reason. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company as it is poor customer service and you will be waiting a while for the correct items to be sent.

Ordered ford ranger fog light covers
Ordered ford ranger fog light covers, payed extra for express delivery. Received head light covers for Nissan Nivara. Understand that mistakes happen, but when rang to sort the exchange was told that I would have to wait for a courier to pick up item and then wait for them to receive them before they will ship out the correct part.
Not even slightly bothered about the fact it took them 2 days to process and pick the order to get it wrong anyway

Damaged my paintwork!
Delivery was quick. I ordered a bonnet protector which did not fit correctly and ended up damaging the paint on the underside of my bonnet (using the provided protector sticky pads) and chipped both of the edges of my headlights.
Also bought a set of window wind deflectors which arnt great but arnt bad hence the 2 stars.

I recently bought a snorkel kit for my Navara, unfortunately there are no instructions and nothing to say it wouldn't fit a Tekna model.
Got a partial refund to cover some of the fabrication costs of making the connection to the airbox.
Website needs updating to say kit not suitable for a Tekna navara.

We recently purchased a NP300 and wanted some accessories for it.
I purchased a few items from their ebay page and other items from website.
The thing that really impressed me was the response time from asking questions about certain items.
Value for money was also good, as I found the same items on other websites, slightly dearer.
Their shipping time was also very fast and everything came well packaged.
I highly recommended this company if you are after anything for your vehicle.
