Top Quality product and the installation was smooth. It took about 20 minutes and the fit was precise, with no drilling required. The mounting points lined up perfectly with the existing chassis, If you're looking for light front-end protection that enhances your truck's appearance without compromising on safety or performance, I’d definitely recommend considering a nudge bar. It's a worthwhile upgrade for both city driving and light off-roading.

I do hope you are enjoying yoour new grill for the Range Rover sport. It is a great bit of kit and being a bolt on upgrade it is as simple as take your old one off and fit ours and away you go and does transform the front end by quite an amount!

Horrible experience
Bought some defender roof rails, came faulty , would not send me new ones had to send these back first , right pain so just sent them back for a refund , 12 days to get a refund thru PayPal, joke company selling cheap rubbish , stay away u have been warned !!
Yes they were good at collecting the faulty goods , in fact brilliant but 12 working days to get a refund thru PayPal, that's just not good enuff , some has my money for 12 days

I am very sorry to hear that you have had such an experience with yourselves.
I can assure you this is not the case. I have been going through our chat log. Our team have been there every step of the way. The way our policy works is that if an item does arrived with issues we have to arrange a courier collection prior for a replacement being issued. As soon as the collection has been arranged the same day a replacement will of been sent. And being able to collect from any UK address we are versatile but sadly no option from yourself happened.
This has since been collected and a full refund issued.

Ordered a tailgate strut kit. No instructions in the box. After calling 3 times to be emailed instructions and told “they’re coming through shortly” I gave up, threw the kit away and ordered from Rebel Trucks UK instead

Apologies to hear that! I can confirm no one is ever ignored it is impossible. All our customs do get a response within 24 hours.
I can see your order had been processed and dispatched at the time of you wanting to cancel. We did explain this and provided the tracking number and that you can refuse delivery of the parcel and it will be returned back to ourselves at no extra cost to you.
Once it arrives back a full refund issued.

I bought some LandRover Defender side…
I bought some LandRover Defender side steps from Predator 4x4 in Aug 2023, for the last 6 months they have shown increasing signs of poor quality, all corners of each side step have had flaking and corrosion on them to the point they now need to be replaced. When contacted them they said they only offer a 12 month warranty and could only offer me a discount to buy replacements with the same 12 month warranty. Really disappointing that the company understands they have provided a sub-standard product but not willing to replace or offer help with it. Be aware the of the limited 12 month warranty. I would happily provide the photos I provided the company to show the problems but there is no place for it.

Oh I am very sorry to hear that you have faced a negative experience with your order and I can see our team have done nothing but try to help where ever possible in regards to this. We do have a 12 months warranty on all our items. Out of the 12 months we are limited in what can be offered but I do see the team have gone above and beyond with offering a discount on replacement set for yourself.
Please be aware that with any such item that has been painted it is the same as car paint and requires to be looked after and kept on top of with cleaning it especially with the harsh winters we have with the salt on the road.
I can only apologize we couldn't work with yourself but due to purchasing in 2023 we are unable to replace and to be threatened with a negative review if we didn't replace them feels very unprofessional and borderline black mail.

A very good experience—the package was prepared and shipped very quickly from the warehouse. However, the delivery company should be changed; I paid for fast delivery within 48 hours, and after 5 days I still haven't received the package.
