We manufacture in excess of 100,000 combinations of labels at our production facility in Peterborough and have more than 100 label materials to choose from, over 40 colours and finishes, many different types of adhesives, greater than 1,000 standard shapes and sizes of labels. All of which is produced to exacting quality assurance standards. The most comprehensive range available online, however if you still cannot find a label shape and size to suit your specific application, we will be happy to create it for you.

Stickers mis-aligned and no refund given.
Ordered two sets of stickers. 1 which were 25mm circle stickers and the others which were 62mm x 37mm. The 25mm stickers were great and I had no trouble printing them but the larger rectangle ones were mis-aligned on the backing sheet causing the printer to mis some of the print off the stickers. I know its not my printer as I had just used the 25mm stickers and they printed out fine, no issues.
I got in touch with AA labels as I felt there was something wrong with the alignment and I couldn't use the stickers I ordered. After 7 Working days of the customer service team asking for photo evidence, asking how many sheets were left (25 of 29 left), along with their server breaking meaning my complaint log was lost and had to be re-issued, they have said that they cannot offer a refund as they see no problems with the stickers at their end.
I am a new customer and shocked that even after showing photo evidence that the photo sheets were unprintable and the fact there was only 4 sheets used from a order of 29, that they cannot offer a refund. I cannot use these stickers because the alignments are off and I had to use another supplier which I then had no issues printing the stickers.
I would just be cautious using AA labels as if the labels are not aligned correctly your print will be off and you will not be offered a refund because as they put it ( you have opened and used the stickers).

I would like to apologise for the service you experienced. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I am truly sorry that wasn't demonstrated to you on this occasion. We did offer you 2 solutions to resolve your issue however these were not responded to.
As requested by yourself we have escalated this to our Assistant Manager who has tried calling you to offer a solution. Unfortunately he has not had a response.

Aftersales customer service is impeccible. I had accidentally ordered the wrong labels and there was a no quibble refund offered within a couple of hours. Excellent!

I have dealt with Imran today and he has been very helpful. We had run out of the labels that we use and I have to order more than usual. Due to the lateness of the order Imran has arranged that we will receive half our order next day and the rest will be dispatched tomorrow.

My GO-TO supplier!
Have been using AA Labels for Several years now and they are my "GO-TO" for short to medium run labels required at short notice. With the delays in post with Strikes and delays I have been using DPD for delivery but AA Labels took the initative to redirect to Parcel Force to meet a short deadline meaning that I received my product on time and offered a refund of the DPD charge after explaing the reason. Will always receommend them to anyone who asks

Used twice and great both times
We have used AA labels twice now and both times have had fantastic service, Imran who we have dealt with this time has been super helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The prices and quality of the goods are also great compared to some other companies so AA labels will be our go to supplier going forward

Highly recommended
I spoke to lots of other label/print places and finally found AA Labels they were able to produce the exact measurements for the labels I needed for my products. The process was easy the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional and kept me up to date throughout. I am a start up company looking for companies to work with and build a good working relationship. I will now only be using AA Lables.

Great product at a great price and they fix issues properly!
We've worked with AA labels to print our new packaging for our woodworking kits. We had a couple of issues along the way getting the samples right and AA labels bent over backwards to sort the issue out for us and resolved the problem.
After that, we made an order for the boxes we needed and they were delivered today and our order was shipped immediately. They are exactly what we wanted and thanks for rushing it for us guys. We'll be ordering more soon.

Chocolate packaging problem solved
