hi i am gratefull to dean for what i think was avery good report on a bungalow that i am buying in hullbridge essex i havent moved for 40 years so i didnt know what to expect but on reading the report it seems to cover an awful lot well worth the money i am sorry you got messed about on first appointment ie know keys

I had a very positive experience with Able Surveyors.

They were quick to provide a quote that was broadly in line with other surveyors I had contacted. What stood out was their approach — they simply shared the quote along with the key highlights of their service and invited me to reach out if I had any questions. There was no pressure or repeated follow-up calls to secure the booking, unlike several other surveyors I contacted. This gave me the space to make a decision based on my own judgement.

I booked the RICS Level 2 survey on 24th February, the inspection was carried out on 4th March, and the full report was delivered to my inbox the following morning. The report itself was very detailed and addressed the concerns I had raised.

Throughout the process the team was highly responsive — emails were typically answered within a few hours, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Even after the report was delivered they shared contact details should I have any further questions.

Overall a very professional service and I would happily recommend them.

Amazing experience with Ablesurveyors for an L3 survey. Got a quote very quickly, and everything was very streamlined following payment. The survey was arranged quickly, and I got the report the next morning which was impressive for such level of detail.

The survey was clearly thoroughly done, and they even attached a summary of all the technical terms which was hugely appreciated. The survey report was detailed but also clear to understand. They also provide ample advice for anything wrong found during the survey, and multiple help documents. Couldn't recommend them more.

I got in contact with able surveyors ltd on Friday after needing an urgent Level 3 survey. The survey was booked for Monday and on Tuesday morning I got the report back. The report was well written and very helpful. The price was very competitive. Thank you so much Dean- I highly recommend the company and their services. I booked with Able Surveyors on Sunday, completing the payment on Monday. They booked the survey for Wednesday and received the report the next day. When I emailed questions regarding issues raised in the report Jack was prompt to reply. Would use and will recommend them to any friends looking to buy or move

The whole process from start to finish was so simple. Buying and selling a house is stressful at the best of times so when you want to have a survey done and you’re spending another bit of money on it you want it to be as easy and stress free as possible and that’s exactly what this was.

Outstanding service. Needed a survey done fairly urgently, and the whole process was complete in 3 days. I paid extra for the fast track service and received the report that evening. It was thorough, detailed and to a high standard. I managed to send it off to my conveyancer the next day. None of the 'we'll get back to you soon' rubbish. They give you a provisional day before making the payment giving you the confidence that it is already locked in at the time of payment. The sign up form was fast, easy, and they are fast to reply. I would certainly use again.

From the moment we made payment, everything moved quickly and smoothly — the survey was booked in ASAP and the communication throughout was clear, calm, and reassuring (which we very much needed!).

In the report, he walked us through what he was checking and why, and helped demystify a lot of the scary-sounding bits in the survey — things like chimneys, electrics, older construction quirks, and general “this is just what houses from 1900 are like” issues. As people who had no idea what was reasonable and what wasn’t, this was hugely reassuring.

A special shout-out as well to the lovely lady on the phone — she was an absolute joy to speak to, super friendly and helpful, and made the whole process feel easy from the very first call.

When procuring a survey, we looked at quotes from 7-8 different providers, and Able stood out. They offered a very reasonable price and were clear, quick and professional in their communications.
