Jack Sullivan conducted a level 3 survey on a property I am purchasing which has had some major works conducted by the current owners. Jacks survey was detailed and flagged a number of issues which required further investigation. The report was delivered very quickly and ahead of time and Jack was quick at answering follow up questions of which I had quite a few! The process was seamless from start to finish and the price was highly competitive. I would strongly recommend Jack and Able for any surveys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again moving forward.

We've used Able Surveyors twice in the last 6 months due to one of our houses falling through and both times they have been a pleasure to work with. GEtting a quote from them online is super easy, fast and automated. We got a date within a a fornight both times and there was never any issues with communication with the agents to arrange access.

The survey report was turned around quickly both times and is very thorough and easy to digest. The first time we had come questions which the surveyor was able to answer through a phone call.
