I have been trying to purchase two…
I have been trying to purchase two pairs of jeans which apparently are in stock. It gets to the payment screen but when I select the payment type it looks like it’s going to move to payment but it never does. I have tried 3 different computers and my phone and same problem. I even tried to purchase something else and same issue. Customer service is shocking. No one ever comes back, they obviously don’t need the business. Phoned them a week ago no response as well as numerous emails. I’ve given up

Regarding the issue you are facing, I have a suggestion which I hope will enable you to progress to the payment stage of the purchasing process.
On the 'Shipping Details' page, if the 'house number' field is not populated, the checkout will fail to progress to the payment stage. This is a mistake on our part, and we are working on solving the issue.

very bad customer service. ordered 2 pair of shoes and after a month didn’t arrived.no tracking number no nothing. customer service replied with a standard message and it was not referring to any of my questions about the order. for sure i will not use their site for any order. now all i can do is pray for my order to be delivered whenever

Absolutely THE WORST customer service…
Absolutely THE WORST customer service and delivery I have ever come across. Half my packages never arrive and then trying to return what does arrive is almost impossible because again the courier doesn’t deliver or update packages.
Trying to get a refund is then made impossibly difficult.
Don’t waste your money.

Nice products, delivery usually around 1-2weeks, some products need more, returns free and easy, refunds no prob, customer service responsive, no problems so far, wouldn't trust suggeted sizes always but you can order 2 sizes you think it might fit and try it on at home, return what's not suitable, overall very good place to shop if you don't need things straight away.
