Vielfalt der Produkte

Ich finde dank der Vielfalt der Produkte fast immer etwas bei Aboutyou und meisten ist die Qualität auch gut. Mit meinem Studentenrabatt bekomme ich 10% auf die Bestellungen daher bestelle ich fast nur noch bei Aboutyou. Bei den letzten Bestellungen hatte ich Verspätung aber sonst funktioniert immer alles gut.

Retailer that sells nothing

Can't even place an order. both the web store and the app been unresponsive while placing the order. Tried again and again for three days. Was told by the customer service to close and open my browser again. Did not help at all. Still not working.
One of the worst experiences ever had and I did not even manage to order anything yet.

You'd be a div to order from this site

I tried to place an order this evening but the site is so terrible I can't get past the address details page. The form tells me that both my surname and my address are invalid (they are not). Clearly this is not a diverse company. In addition the list of titles are absurd, with the only options being 1) married female 2) male or 3) "div" (colloquial for idiot). An overt insult to any unmarried females or females that don't want to be defined by their marital status. Why a store even feels the need to mandate a title at all in this day and age is batty.

Bestelle momentan nurnoch auf AY…

Bestelle momentan nur noch auf About you.
Meistens gute Qualität und ich finde auch immer etwas was mir gefällt.

Hatte bei den letzten 2 Bestellungen zwar Verspätungen beim Versand, aber ansonsten alles Top!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und super freundlicher Kundendienst. Falsche Ware wurde zügig umgetauscht. Immer wieder gern.

Customer support isn't responding

Customer support isn't responding. It is past the estimated delivery time and I don't know what's going on.
The estimated delivery time window was altered in the beginning and pushed out for later but they haven't delivered on that time.
