I have ordered several items from About You over the last few months. They are very easy to deal with, get back to you quickly regarding queries and make it easy to return items. I found them much better in this regard than other online retailers, and returns are free. And they have a huge range of clothes and shoes on their App. I have already recommended them to friends.

Shipping may take up to two weeks but very worth it loved my stuff from le ger and pilgrim will order again

Ordered a pair of shoes off this company. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive within two weeks. Over those two weeks my item did not arrive, so I contacted customer service. They were exceptionally fast, reliable and helpful. They helped me with all my queries and sorted them out. Within two weeks of contacting customer service my item arrived. They were super good value and I used a discount code from instagram to make the price even better! Because of the wait for my item they gave me a discount code for my next purchase. Recommend!!

Where to start
I ordered about a month ago a pair of 8.5 UK Nike shoes from this website. They arrived 10 days later and were 7.5 UK for some reason. I tried to keep my cool as it could have been my mistake in ordering and upon review of my order it wasn't. This was fine I gave them to my brother and ordered another pair. So, another order is placed 2 weeks ago and I made sure that I bought an 8.5 UK pair and even down to the EU size I checked ten times to ensure I was getting the right sized pair of shoes. Did they arrive the correct size? Yep you guessed it, they didn't. Another pair of 7.5 UK shoes. I even tried to email the customer service after I ordered to ensure the order was placed correctly but even the website wouldn't allow me to do this. If this website does their sizing in US sizes they would want to make that very very clear on each pair of shoes because I've just wasted over 140 euro on 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit me.
Appalling website would not advise anyone to order from them.

I was very happy with the selection and prices!
My order was a bit late with the delivery so I contacted the customer support, and they were very fast to respond, in an hour, very helpfully and kind. Where I had questions, they knew all the answers and were proactive to offer me help and guide me thru the process of finding my order.
I was helped by Yavor and Valentin. Hope I got the names right.

Once again, it was a pleasure to shop with the whole about you team and I am looking forward to my next order!

I think your shop is the most backward I have ever purchased anything. Where in the world would a online shop would ask to fill a declaration form for refund?! In some third world countries maybe... Even that you have received my return of which I have the proof and I had to chase my refund, filling forms, calling your customer care. I would definitely buy nothing from your shop anymore and will buy from a normal shop where you don’t need to go through these ancient procedures just to get your money back.
Placed 2 orders, one was returned and after 15 days still no refund, second one never received and after speaking to customer service rep they said that I have to fill in the declaration that I haven't received the orders although I have all the proofs.
