Was extremely pleased with my order…
Was extremely pleased with my order from About You and would have no problem recommending them. I rang twice after placing my order to check address details and the delay in the order arriving. Both representatives were polite & extremely helpful. There was a slight delay because of Brexit so in total it took 3 weeks to arrive. There were no shipping costs and my Mos Mosh jacket was good value compared to other sites so would highly recommend and use this company again.

About You is one of the best online clothes company I recently came across. I really like a wide range of different brands, varying from up market ones to more affordable ones, encouraging more frequent purchases.
Customer service seems to be excellent too.

I had a few really bad experiences with…
I had a few really bad experiences with shopping online in the past, so was a bit doubtful about trying again. 'About You' restored my trust and confidence. Everything went really smoothly and my order arrived well packaged in excellent condition. I wish to thank all the workers for doing an amazing job.
I rarely write any reviews. But I was so delighted with the service that I have to make an exception with this company. Thank you About You. You really made me happy in these grim times.

I have been order a jacket on 24. 12.'20 and just received today, there was a delay of delivery because of this current situation, despite all of that I am very satisfied. Customer service was very helpful.
