The two-man installation team arrived at the planned time. They were polite and considerate and a pleasure to have in our home. They worked diligently whilst working through the various aspects of the new installation and sensibly asked for input over optional decisions and alternatives (e.g. precise location of components) when appropriate. The work was completed with a full explanation of the updated system. They demonstrated that all devices and connectivity were functioning and explained options and how to interact with the system. A very professional piece of work that exceeded my expectations.

We recently purchased a house with an aging alarm system. At 3:30 in the morning it decided to trigger and wouldn’t switch off so in desperation we called absolute security who’s phone number was listed on the kit. Despite not being active customers we had an engineer on our doorstep in 30 minutes and it was sorted in 45. Excellent customer experience!

From initial very soft sell consultation to second survey visit to installation planning (2 delays due to building works at my house managed very flexibly) and very professional installation and training. And good value too in my view. Could not be happier with the high quality service of this company.

System upgrade
We have had an Alarm system installed by Absolute Security for over 20 years and decided to upgrade. We felt we needed additional detectors and
wanted the system connected to our mobile phone to give extra peace of mind. A representative from the
company attended quickly talked us through the options, not attempting to add to our wish list even
removing some we thought we needed. We hope this new system now fitted proves to every bit as good as
the last one and the company service that went with it.

Absolute Security installed an updated alarm system and also two CCTV cameras at our premises.
We found the operatives to be very efficient, knowledgeable, tidy and polite.
Would have no hesitation recommending them.

Absolute security have been our incumbent supplier for 12 years and our relationship has been excellent experience. Its not all been plain sailing and in my opinion this is the acid test for any supplier when things go wrong how long it will take to resolve faults. Not many company directors get involved with the day to day issues of the business my experience with dealing with all staff from this company is fantastic from logging a call to the speaking with the engineers can't fault them hence why I have not moved providers. There pricing is very competitive and knowledge and expertise speaks for it self

From design to installation, Absolute security were fabulous. The friendly and knowledgeable service we received meant that despite a delay from design to final install of over 2 years (delay caused by our delayed building project and nothing to do with Absolute Security) they ensured that everything went smoothly with regards to the alarm system.

Absolute Security maintained our alarm for a number of years. Unfortunately their management & scheduling of service visits was not always effective and efficient. They would sometimes turn up at our property to perform a maintenance visit without notifying us beforehand and other times we arranged for them to visit via their scheduling department and they didn’t turn up. We raised these concerns with the office however there were repeat occurrences. Their field engineers who were generally polite and efficient seemed to get frustrated with their office staff as they were (as explained to us) on the receiving end of customer frustrations.

The alarm system was installed very efficiently with minimal disruption, the set-up was straightforward and instructions for use easy to follow. Friendly and responsive service.

We use Absolute Security for our home alarm, and my employer uses them for the alarm at work. Recently my employer had an automated email from them booking in a routine inspection. The engineer never turned up and had to be rebooked. Then we had an automated email booking a routine inspection of my home alarm. I waited in till 4pm when I decided to call - same thing. They had no record of an appointment. To their credit they did get an engineer out later that day - who was very good and friendly and did what he had to do well, but the lesson is, their automated emails saying that an appointment has been cannot be relied upon. Please up your game.

Paul was amazing, helpful and very professional. Paul & Jordan were both at my offices for three days installing intruder alarm, both were friendly but at the same time understanding of my heavy workload. On the final day (even though I had used Absolute alarms previously - very happy return customer) Paul talked me through the new app (which is easy to use & fantastic) and walked me through how to arm/disarm with fob, pin and app. Super thorough. Amazing service - as I have some to expect now from Absolute, hence I have returned to them. Second to none!

Engineer was great. Getting the team at Absolute Security to send the correct quote, wasn't good. The quote differed twice within a six month period, to almost half the original quote. Very frustrating that I wasn't offered this in the original quote.

Very pleased with the service and fitting from beginning to end. We had an Absolute system in our previous home and so did not hesitate to use them when we moved to a new property. Thoroughly recommend.

Great advice and very professional service from survey to installation. Engineer gave a concise one-to-one handover. Recommended.

Everything went as planned on the installation. John was friendly, helpful and informative. He also consulted us on where we wanted sensors so they did not look out of place (as well as being effective). We subsequently had an issue with one of the settings, which it transpired was due to a faulty sensor. John came out and fixed it within a few hours of us calling Absolute. Overall, very pleased with the service so far.
