I ordered a PS5 in October 2020 with this fantastic company, unfortunately due to circumstances I had to request a refund. I would definitly recommend this company they are great value for money and excellent customer service

Amazing! This site had the best price by far! And the delivery was so quick I can't believe it! My son is so happy with his game. I was sceptical about ordering as I hadn't heard of this company before and thought I would not receive what I ordered, however I am so glad I ordered and would be recommending this website. My order received brand new and well packaged. Thank you.

Ordered easily and arrived the very next day in perfect sealed condition. A great price and free delivery. Better than Amazon. Not tested yet, as it is a Nintendo Switch game and it is a gift. But cannot fault Accessories Warehouse one bit. Only downside is the returns policy, as you would incur the cost yourself if you needed to return.

Ok, so I've been a little hard on Accessories Warehouse. I ordered a game and that arrived, no problem. I ordered an X box series x, back in February,aware that it would have a heavy delay. Now my issue is that when I asked for an update, not once ,twice,three times and received no reply, then alarm bells start ringing. For an online retailer, that, I'd never dealt with before to ignore emails asking for updates on orders and flat out not replying, then you start to question the legitimacy of that site. The only reply I've ever received is the one below after I'd (unfairly) called them a scam company. Maybe if the customer service was better and reply to questions asked then maybe people wouldn't worry about getting ripped off online when there is nothing to worry about.

My experience with Accessories Warehouse began in November when using Google Shopping to search for a PS5; having never heard of the company before I checked out the company's details (registered company details etc.) and all seemed to be above board so I went ahead and pre-ordered my PS5 for an expected Christmas delivery.

Unfortunately, it seems that the well publicised stock shortages for PS5 globally also affected the pre-orders for Accessories Warehouse -- which was quite obviously beyond their control. In the end, I somehow luckily got one from Game in March and so requested a refund which was processed the same day.

It seems like a small and new business which, judging by how reviews are improving all the time, is going from strength to strength!

An honourable mention for Luke Trewin who is really polite with good customer service in messages, providing the relevant information as he is able.

Thank you guys -- I will support you in the future when I make my next PS purchases!

Excellent customer service and follow-thru. The mobile phone I ordered was delayed due to Brexit problems, and I was given the option of a refund, or to wait. My emails were answered promptly, and I was kept up to date. Highly recommend.

I ordered an Xbox Series X 3 weeks ago.As currently stock is too low and demand too high I decided to give to this small retailer a chance and I placed a preorder.The site said that it was expected April to May.I payed in advance.As soon as I placed my order I sent both to email and to Facebook messenger of the company asking confirmation of my order,although I also received email with my order minutes later.I got a reply on Messenger within an hour by Luke who confirmed my order and assured me everything would be fine.I was lucky however to win an Xbox Series X when I entered a competition for a radio station and I heard my name as a winner.That happened days after placing my order to the store.I messaged again on Facebook to explain and ask a refund.Luke congratulated me and arranged immediately my refund.He explained the process that it could take up to a week and very professionally he made me aware that they also sell games and accessories for it.I wrote this review because I read some other reviews here calling this small retailer a fraud or scam and it is not true at all.Bear in mind that it is a couple of people running this small business.If you choose Facebook to contact them they see it quickly and they respond really fast.If you want to check the legal status and that the company is legitimate they have on their website their registered number as a company so you can check who is the director,the address and everything.To sum it up Luke does a great job dealing as fast as possible with queries.If you see a product with about the same price in big retailers and small retailers my suggestion is to prefer the small ones unless you see a really good deal to the others.That contributes to a healthy economy and perfect competition.

Recently managed to get a PS5 from Accessories Warehouse after trying to do so from various other retailers and failing miserably. The communication emails were good and was informed of dispatch date and ETA. Happy to say I received the item as expected and very happy with it and it was packed very well.

Brilliant service. Some great stock thats easy to browse. Will definitely use again and recommend to people. Keep it up. 👍🏽

I decided to ask for a refund, went quicker than I anticipated, excellent staff and Customer Service, they are very friendly and eager to help with any issues

This small business has gotten a lot of abuse because of complications resulting from PS5 sales, by no fault of their own, which is evident from the many one-star ratings. It sucks that the mentioned reviews have brought down the overall rating by quite a lot, but rest assured that the people working behind the scenes are completely trustworthy. Hope this helps.
