My experience was great, from the booking, making an offer and documentation, especially the agent DAN, he responds promptly and answers questions you have regarding the property, it was a smooth process from viewing to signing. I will recommend accommodation.co.uk due to my great experience.

False promises on replacing a broken sofa and deep cleaning before moving in. Delayed response to maintaining requests. Failed to provide move-in meter readings. Cannot provide a building fob one month after moving in.

Kully was extremely helpful throughout the process and was able to help me find an apartment on very short notice! Would 10/10 recommend!

Great experience, went through Aaron and signed a 3 month stay, the stay has been amazing, room service spot on, always clean, always fresh towels and everything provided, security also on weekends so extra safety, all in all been an amazing experience, highly recommend!

It's nerve racking the first time you get your child set up for Student Accommodation. I had LOTS of questions. Gabriella Roberts was courteous and helpful at every stage. Replying to my emails in a timely way, with explanations/answers to my questions. As it got closer to the date, I was needing reassurance and further assistance which Gabriella was only happy to do.

Initially with these on-line portals in place to kick start the whole process, it felt a little distant from human interaction. Once I had Gabriella's details the guiding and help was most appreciated. Thank You.

They'll tell you what you want to hear but will do the opposite on your backs- do not trust them

I found this company online.looking at reviews I went for them to find a tenant of my brand new apartment.The found me a tenant since march thsi yar who is not paying me rent in time and due for 3 months in arrears.The company keeps sending me emails saying that they are chasing the tenant but could not contact him. I am having to pay my mortgage despite this.Its very stressful for me to dothis and accommodation co uk have failed in finding me a suitable reliabe tenant. I am very dissappointed with this company and struggling get my rents paid by the tenant. I did not expect this for having brand new apartment and not getting rent for the past 3 months due to failings by accommodation co uk team to go through tenants background about their credibility and affordability.

Veverly was absolutely brilliant cant say enough good things.

Dreadful. Always AWOL. Our landlord used them to advertise the property we rented for 2 years inc the deposit scheme via flatfair. They were poor at the start and even worse since - we moved out 2 months ago and haven't had our full deposit back (that the landlord authorised to release) and their communications were near zero prior to this review. Had more emails from them asking for the review to be changed, without the service ever improving. They were not interested in OUR experience, only their own.
