Genuinely helpful tool. Is supposed to do one thing and does it well: help get a sense of what you need to pay to the tax man.

Taxes have always been the bane of my self-employed existence. Now with Accountable, I have everything in order, I know exactly what my income should be, what taxes to set aside, timely reminders to send everything to the Tax Office. Its really made my workload easier.

Incredibly helpful for freelancers in Germany. Most of what you need is available and subscription is absolutely worth it with all the help from the coaches.

I have been using Accountable for a couple years now and it has been such a great relief to find a tool that helps me wrangle my bookkeeping and invoicing with a tool that is easy to use and straightforward. But even better, whenever I have any questions, problems, or ideas for things I would like to see, the support is super. They respond quickly with helpful, easy to understand suggestions. Recommended!!

Ich habe jetzt ca. 1 Jahr einen kostenlosen Account gehabt und es hat mir schon so die Rechnungsstellung sehr vereinfacht und für ganz simple Rechnungsstellung reicht das auch total aus. nun habe ich mein Abo erweitert.

Als Unternehmer Beginner ist es ein große hilfe strukturiert die Abrechnung zu machen.

Accountable ist eine sehr nützliche und hilfreiche Online-Plattform um seine Buchhaltung und Steuern zu machen. Ich kann es sehr weiter empfehlen.

Die Handhabung ist so einfach und das ganze Konzept samt Aufbau usw. ist einfach durchgedacht. Auch der Service ist hervorragend.

Es macht das Büro einfacher als gedacht.
Wie immer muss man sich erst einarbeiten aber dann wirds alles ein bischen einfacher.
Bin gespannt wie das dann nächstes Jahr mit der Steuererklärung wird.

Warum für so einen Service bei anderen Anbietern mehr zahlen?
Bei Fragen stehen so viele Unterstützungen schnell zur Verfügung (Ki und Steuer-Coaches).

The app Accountable seems a bit pricey at first, but when I think about how much time I’ve saved thanks to the app, it’s worth it. My favorite features are connecting my Accountable account to my bank, which allows me to create a work expense directly from a bank transaction, and the FAQ section. The answers are simple and clear. There is a chatbot that is more competent than ChatGPT, and in really difficult cases I’ve received answers from human support within 24 hours. Only one thing: Accountable seems to be better suited for people with a more “straightforward” situation. For people with multiple jobs and grants or scholarships sources of income, it can be a bit complicated to apply it to Elster.

Nach etwas Einarbeitung gut zu handhaben. Support könnte manchmal etwas schneller sein. Die KI die fragen direkt beantwortet, ist recht gut und zuverlässig. Wenn man mal weiß, wie das Konzept gedacht ist, ist man immer auf dem Laufenden.

Für das Jahr 2026 habe ich durch Accountabel 50.000 Euro eingespart und kann nächstes Jahr viel entspannter starten.

Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit dem Programm von Accountable und freue mich sehr meine Buchhaltung in Zukunft komplett darüber zu machen.
Einzig der Wechsel aus einem anderen Programm fande ich etwas schwer, wobei das auch nur eine subjektive Meinung ist, da ich kein Vergleich habe.
Bisher fällt mir die Übersicht auf der Mobilen App noch etwas schwer aber ich denke auch da werde ich einfach reinkommen, in der Desktop- Version fällt es mir da deutlich leichter.

Seit fast 2 Jahren nutze ich jetzt Accountable und bin sehr zufrieden. Warum? Super übersichtliche Dashboard, gute integrierte KI und freundlicher Support. Alles, was ich brauche... ;-)
