The installation took longer than envisaged as a second trip from installer was required as there was additional cabling required. This cost another €450 which made the purchase costly.

Our installer Martin was brilliant. His work was really tidy. He explained everything about the installation and the operation of the charger and the functionality of the myenergi app.

Had a Zappi home charger installed by a man called Kevin Hough and I couldn't recommend him enough. The work was immaculate on the outside of the house and he was sure to hide any and all cabling behind gutters etc meaning its a very discreet install. Brilliant to deal with and walked me through the set up. Delighted with the work and process throughout.

The Zappi Glo charger costs less than 700 euros but was charged 1400 euros in total so paid more than 700 euros just for the installation which only took 1 hr as I have a newly built house and they just connected the charger to the EV charger box already installed outside. I feel it was a rip off to be paying more than 700 euros for a simple 1 hr job.

Ordering the car charger was easy enough. Installation went very smoothly and they did a great job of keeping the wiring very neat inside and out.

I found dealing with Actavo very positive & straightforward. Martin has just installed my Ohme electric car charger. He arrived at the exact time after texting me yesterday. The job was done without fuss and neatly. He was pleasant to deal with & informative. Out of the 3 companies I approached Octavo have given a professional & honest service. I can reccomend this company.

Couldn’t have been any more happier with the swift installation. Right from the stage of initial enquiry, we were very well looked after by Actavo and the plus point was realistic and very quick installation dates. Alan (Electrician) rang me a day before to confirm his arrival time and the work to be carried out. Alan and team were punctual and completed the installation and all testing and demonstration within 1 hour. The guys were super neat and did a wonderful job at our premises. We will 100% recommend Actavo for all HomeCharger installation.

Great job from start to finish. Joshua on the phone was helpful and informative. Within two weeks Martin showed up to install the charger. He was in the house for about two hours and the job was done. Very clean tidy job.

Applied to get a home EV charger installed; good phone responses & guidance by Joshua V. on the entire process. Installation scheduled for a week later (earliest available slot! Had hoped for sooner but...). Installation team (Alan & Kevin) very cheerful & pleasant (worked efficiently & in good form despite the pouring rain around them!)- done in under 2 hours. Helped us download the charging app, explained everything & we did a test charge on the car. Asked us to call anytime if any issues- very reassuring. Great experience overall

Kevin and his partner were very helpful today fitting a car charger at our house. They did a very great job in a very sufficient amount of time and explained everything very well, while being very kind. Would recommend!
