Understanding about my situation and explored several different options to ensure the policy was right for me.

I spoke with Jack Smith today, he was very friendly and helpful and very well spoken, l could understand everything that he was explaining to me, he wasn't pushing me in to anything and made me feel at ease, he is very professional with his job, thank you very much Jack.

Received amazing service from James White,m. He was very knowledgeable, extremely courteus and very patient.

Anastasia was very helpful and explained everything clearly and usefully. The only 2 problems were a lot of background noise as she was talking which made it difficult to grasp details and the phone call coming seconds after completing the Facebook form. This meant that I found it tricky to remember key pieces of information.

James White was exceptionally patient, informative and helpful in his interactions - especially when I had to regularly rearrange calling times. Very pleased with cover and vitality policy benefits a good incentive to keep that step count up!!
