I can see that you sent us a mail earlier today at 11:59 and we sent you a reply at 13:04. We have previously been in contact with you via mail and have always responded within 24 hours of your inquiry. If you are not receiving our mails I can recommend checking your spam folder. Your replacement was sent out this afternoon.
Our phone has also been operating all week as well as last week and we try to answer calls as quickly as possible. We have many calls in one day and I am sorry if you did not reach us that way.
Again, I highly recommend you check your mail as we did respond shortly after your inquiry.

Good qualit garment
The delivery was great in a good time!
I feel that the sizing should be more like a bra size !
The cup was too small despite taking the insert out the actual fit was okay after adjusting the straps !
The quality of the garment is good and I will wear it in the house but I would not go out in it
I think the medium would be too big

Excellent customer service. When the lumber belt arrived it was too small for me and I contacted Active Posture who arranged for the item to be returned and immediately sent me a larger one. The belt is very good quality and I am very pleased with it.
