I choose to use Adams Tax Forms every year because it is fast and super easy to enter data and file the forms. Pulling information from a previous year, making changes, and re-printing forms can be done quickly as well.

Adams Tax Forms is our go-to for filing 1099s. It's easy to use and the customer help was able to walk us thru any hiccups that we encountered. The ability to file for multiple entities is a plus.

Easy & Affordable-I used Adams Tax Forms for our small business to send out our 1099's . It was simple and easy and l like the fact that they sent everything to the IRS. I was a little stressed out with my time frame and the customer service was a big help with my question. I will use them again.

Adams Tax Forms are wonderful to use during tax season in preparing a few W-2/W-3's and 1099's that I need to do for my small business clients. I can save the information year to year and just update the addresses and amounts. It is very inexpensive and makes my job much easier. I love that they electronically send the forms off to the IRS too. Saves me postage and I am sure they have arrived.

Adams customer service is the difference for me as I like to get filings done as soon as possible and they have followed up with me in a timely manner when beating deadlines.

The ease of using Adams Tax Forms. I also am thrilled that the information from a previous year transfers over seamlessly so you have previous employers and employees information handy and can add or delete as necessary.
The customer service I received was helpful and courteous.
One note about using the chat box, sometimes if you contact Adams Tax forms later in the day there is a delay in receiving a timely response. It might be the next day but they will contact you.

I have used Adams Tax Forms Helper for my company's 1099/1096 for several years. I am happy with the ease of use, made especially simple with the information carried forward from year to year. The electronical transmittal of all the forms is a huge time saver. The cost is very reasonable.

We have been using Adams for several years now.
It is a great tool since you only have to add or modify from the previous years data and that is easier on the process. I also love using Adams because you can add the service that Adams would send out to our vendors too. I would only suggest to add the customer service back, that would help a lot since we do this only once a year and sometimes we forgot how. Thank you!

horrible horrible horrible... Staples should be ashamed. This is the worst company ever. Do not waste your time or money!

HORRIBLE, USELESS, UNINFORMED CHAT EXPERIENCES -- TWICE NOW. I don't know what the hell happened to this company, which I have used before and is associated with Staples but they are AWFUL. STAY AWAY. Website not remotely user friendly. "Help" menu, same. So you chat because the website is ridiculous to navigate and that's even WORSE. STAY AWAY. And someone should tell Staples!!!!

FRAUD ALERT: Their templates do not upload correctly to their software. No refunds are available for faulty products. Pure money grab here during tax season. RUN AWAY, FAST!

Your customer service is non existent. I have been trying to correct the payer information because your soft ware transposed the filer information with the payer information. I did not notice it till after the fact and now I cannot make any changes to the payer despite the fact the the payer name and state is incorrect. I keep getting a message that I cannot change the payer information.
I have been using adams tax forms for years and never had an issue.
Your current software is full of glitches and it is causing me a gigantic headache . Rest assured you have lost a long term customer.

2 complaints: This program has awkward website structure. There are no drop down menus to indicate which tab allows what. My office is located in Idaho. This product is supposed to efile in both Massachusetts and in Oregon. I have clients in both of those states for whom I file 1099s. The program would not allow state efiling. I will not use this program again.

Adams forms software is very difficult and time consuming to use. Expensive also. First there's the forms, then they charge for each efile, recommend confiriming TIN, for a small fee of course, IMPOSSIBLE to get aligned, I physicall wrote out several W-2's. If their goal is make you have to buy more forms, they have suceeded only in that. Figure out another way,

This was my first time to purchase this product and I will never use it again. It is NOT user-friendly and there are not good explanations on how to use it. Printing was difficult. Each form was challenging to align. I did not understand the information about how Adams would eFile my forms AT ALL.

Not a user friendly software , not easy to navigate ( although the help links are helpful after wasting hours trying to register. Took my credit card payment twice even though error message said could not put transaction thru due to address error. Chat customer support is mostly useless and gives you links back to the online help . I think they are working on multiple chats simultaneously.
I had to correct an error after filing but nowhere does it say that you can only correct AFTER IRS accepts forms. Hours spent on that .
Log in issues, slow validation, did not accept importing employee info from my Excel file. I could go on and on .
Stay away from this . Just a poorly designed software . Oh … one more thing ..their support on line email which I pressed the link to get my refund was returned as an invalid email address !!!
