Purchasing was extremely easy, and problem free.
The delivery was prompt, the bag of coffee beans was new to me but proved excellent and the coffee and chocolate capsules were as usual - brilliant!

I ordered thinking I would receive item by the 19th December , i contacted ADS twice and just got an email back saying look at the link on Yodel, when I looked on their tracking services, It said it was out for delivery on the 18th and never arrived and then it said it was out for delivery on the 19th and still did not arrive. It finally turned up at 20.40 on the 20th of December which is no good because I needed it for the 19th …….trying to contact Yodel is like trying to win the lottery… good luck if your item is sent by them!!!!😡

I mistakenly ordered the wrong syrup and with one quick and easy phone call the order was changed. Great hassle free interaction.

Superfast delivery and as ever the product is excellent at a fairly competitive price. I do wish they would sort out their purchasing website that keeps on messing up my delivery address and this time to avoid grief and worry I had to email them to let them know where exactly I wanted the item delivered to.

I honestly and wholeheartedly couldn't recommend Allied Drinks System's enough! Harvey got in touch with me straight away to let me know the Bezzera Duo DE bz in white i had ordered had unfortunately sold out. He did however instantly offer me an upgrade so I didn't have to wait at no extra cost to the Bezzera Matrix DE bz model! It's such a brilliant and beautiful espresso machine! I am absolutely in love with the colour changing LED side panels! He also at no extra charge and a sign of good will threw in some really lovely and freshly roasted light roast (my favourite) coffee beans. Summit Twenty Two Peaks their own in house roasted coffee beans which are absolutely delicious! They have tasting notes of caramel, toasted nuts and citrus. If you're thinking of buying anything from this company don't hesitate, they have excellent customer service it is honestly top notch! They also respond to emails very quickly and dispatched my items very securely packaged and incredibly fast so no real waiting around. Best service I've ever experienced especially when it comes to purchasing an espresso machine! Thank you again Harvey and all the team at Allied Drinks System's I will definitely be using your services again soon.

Sophie got in touch letting me know that the pumps I had ordered with my mini syrups were only compatible with the larger bottles. This was a great help as the website didn’t explain this.

Always top quality items at a reasonable price. Like earrings you get every time you buy. Always along use buy date on them. Delivery arrives very quickly.
