I ordered the wrong syrup and emailed. The response was quick and polite, rectifying my mistake. A nice stress free interaction which has gained allies drinks a regular order from now on! They delivered quickly too.

Allied drink as a company great company and fantastic customer service the negative side is the company they used DPD as it's the worst of the worst with business customer delivers.

Barista Training and endless fun!
I became interested in coffee after I had my children, meeting other mums for "coffee and cake" and soon realised that there was more to a cup of coffee than the ones churned out by Costa and Starbucks! My palate became more refined and so I wanted to learn more about coffee. My husband found Allied Drinks Systems and bought a Barista training course for my birthday. Four of us descended on poor Dom who was our trainer for the session and I don't think he realised what had hit him! Dom was extremely knowledgeable, what he doesn't know isn't worth knowing, patient with our endless questions and really personable. We learnt so much and then it was time to make our own drinks. He talked us through the whole process and let us loose on the machines, we even attempted milk art. I would totally recommend this to anyone who enjoys a cup of coffee and appreciates a more refined brand. Thank you Dom, you were great!

Original order was not delivered correctly by Yodel and I didn't receive it!
I had to chase company to advise them, they duly re delivered another package by DPD and they delivered it as per instructions.
