Great experience speaking to everyone on the phone. And the engineer Paul was first class. Happy to have him in our home while he was doing the work - and he solved some unexpected problems that he encountered in a very professional way. I would defo use them again.

Called Aerial in the afternoon for repairs to my aerial and cables, later that day Liam the engineer called to say he was on his way and did not leave until the job was complete and working. Did not leave until 7pm and highly delighted with his communication regarding the problem and how he carried out the work.

Very good experience with Aerial force. I called them and they came out on the same day, provided a quote (£100 less than a previous quote I received!) and did the work fitting a new aerial within an hour. Ricky St John was pleasant and professional, very happy with the job he did.

Great service, I even told him I didn't mind if it wasn't perfectly level, but David Victory went above and beyond to make sure it was done perfectly despite my plasterboard walls being so flimsy. He managed to get my 55inch TV up perfectly. He's also a very kind and sound character. I have social anxiety and rarely feel comfortable with new people in my home, but he's such a sound person, it was like having an old friend round. I can't speak highly enough of him, the man deserves a raise, he's a credit to the company.

Chimney mounted aerial installation with splitter to multiple outlets at our house in SW18. They came out to quote and where able to undertake the works in a prompt time frame to suit our requirements. The Engineer (Ricky) was polite, tidy and efficient. Its currently all working great and came with a 2 year warrantee. Great service and would happily recommend and use again.

We called AerialForce on 28.7.21 for a quote, Ricky St John attended our home within an hour and gave us a reasonable quote. Due to the weather he couldn't do it there and then but said he would be back the following day. True to his word he returned and did an excellent job both inside and outside of our home. We would fully recommend Ricky and AerialForce.

Review of Aerial Force

On Saturday 17th July 2021 we contacted Aerial Force as we were experiencing on our TV a loss of pixels and a message saying ‘no signal’. They promptly sent an engineer out (Tom H ). He tested our equipment both from the TV and aerial on our roof. The result was an old worn out metal aerial and cable so a new one was needed. We were shocked at the price but we had no option. Tom worked efficiently erecting the new aerial. He also had to go into the loft and the day was very hot, 31c so the loft was like a green house but he got it done. The test was OK and the lad worked well and I would recommend him to everyone.

We have just moved into our forever home and we have no TV signal at all. After searching the web, I picked out Aerialforce and gave them a call. The young lady was very helpful,she explained everything that would happen and said she would get an engineer to me that day.I received a call later on to say that their engineer Darran would be with us in half an hour. Sure enough he arrived on time, asked what the problem was and proceeded to check out the signal on the loft aerial - nil!! He then fully explained our options and the costs. We decided on a new high gain aerial attached to the chimney. Darren G then set about his task,he had the aerial up and the cable through the roof into the loft in a short while ready to connect to the leads to various rooms.Back downstairs, turn on TVs and heypresto.pictures,perfect.Result one happy family!

Very helpful and easy to deal with. Matt the engineer very rapidly assessed how an aerial could be fitted and cable routed in to the house. He then executed his plan very quickly and made no mess. A pleasure to deal with, I would recommend him unreservedly

I spent the whole week calling to confirm the engineer would be out on the day, took the day off work, called 4 times on the morning of the day just to make sure they were definitely coming, for them to call me 5 minutes ago to say they are no longer coming. Awful company

I am Director of a Managment Company of 12 apartments. I had residents who could not get a signal on Sky or access terrestrial channels. I called Arial force, booked a call out and their Engineer, Chris Wye arrived as arranged. Within 10 minutes of arriving he had identified the problem, explained we needed a new multiswitch, told us what it would cost. The multswitch was ordered, he returned and fitted it. Before leaving he asked me to check with the residents who could not get a signal for Sky, to make sure they could. The problem solved. Chris was first class, I had complete confidence he knew what he was doing, he explained in terms which were simple and easy to understand what was wrong and what parts were needed to rectify the problem. The fact that he had such a friendly, professional manner, a bonus, would certainly use again and recommend highly to others.
