There were a number of issues with my old aerial installation and security camera set up such as Vellux windows preventing easy access to the chimney stack to replace the antiquated device, and an old Hikvision box that sounded like a Booing 747 taking off. All problems were solved by Steven Guthrie and now, with the new system, the neighbours can sleep in peace and all the old TV stations are back with NO interference due to careful placing of the new aerial with a booster... Champion Steve.

Matt arrived a couple of hours after my initial call and diagnosed the TV signal problem and advised on the solution.
He came back the next morning as arranged and installed a new outdoor aerial (previous was in the loft) replaced a faulty amplifier and replaced a faulty aerial connection cable at the rear of BT box.
All was done very efficiently and with a smile.Would definitely recommend.

I had a visit from John within 24 hours of contacting the company. They kept me informed of when he would arrive. I'd been told I'd need a booster but John said I didn't and sorted out two TVs for me. I was waiting for someone to hang my TV on the wall with a TV Soundbar and he did that for me on the spot. All clean and tidy and off he went. I was delighted.

Do not use this company! Absolute rip off? Was quoted one amount and was charged £100 over, tried to get in contact with them and was passed from pillar to post every time! Did work that wasn’t needed as my elderly mother was here and I think they took advantage of that! AVOID AT ALL COST! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NEVER BE IN BUSINESS!!

A further update on my dealings with this cowboy company. After failing to be paid wages from this company I was asked to drive the company vehicle from Wolverhampton to Croydon with promise of wages once I get ther. Obviously I declined as I had saw enough from this company to work out paying me was the last thing that they would do. I took the vehicle to the local rental garage that they lease the vehicles from and took plenty of pictures to cover myself.
I them receive a small claims letter from the court fir over 1000 pound for the collection of the vehicle
Now I have shipped cars to Spain for less but once again George Barnes and his extortionate prices strike again

Look out for my next review when I will be sharing videos of engineers bragging they have over charged for works explaining that they charged 550 to replace just a aerial head on a flat roof mount and laughing that he didn't have to even get his ladders off. With comments from George Barnes the head of this terrible outfit praising the engineer

Excellent service from start to finished. Emailed Ellie, reply in 10mins, appointment made, Mon 9am. Arron arrived on time, shoes off at door, problem diagnosed, problem sorted, new booster box needed in loft. He then retuned & checked all TV’s. Brilliant service Arron, you know your stuff.

Called them at 8.45am to see if they could fix a large TV to the wall. By 10.15am, TV had been fitted. Superbly quick and professional service - they even cleaned up afterwards. Aaron’s a real credit to them. Truly 10 out of 10!!

Aerial force have just installed my new LG 65" OLED TV & Soundbar. Russell the technician was very professional and specialized in installation, I'm extremely happy with the end result. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking to get the job done right.

What an impressive company. They say they offer 'Same Day Service', and indeed they do. Spencer arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call and he could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Within an and a half he had renewed our aerial, replaced the cables, tested the reception on all of our three televisions, and left leaving everything in 'apple-pie order'.

Excellent service,l rang yesterday pm and had a engineer here am today. The Engineer was Spencer Morgan he was very polite and efficient he explained every thing he did and consulted us every step of the way. Very nice man he couldn’t have done any better very impressed with the service we have received. Would definitely recommend your Company to friends and family.
