A workman arrived within 2 hours of my initial request. It was on a Saturday. He was business like and after discussing the job he gave me a price which seemed quite expensive.
I wanted a new 43in and an older 32in TV mounted on the wall in the front room and in a bedroom. To achieve the latter the aerial cable had to be taken right round the outside of the house.
Sam was a very careful and competent worker. He did a professional job and I am very pleased with the outcome in both rooms
For the work done by Aerial Force, the price was £537 and included 2 new wall hangers which come with a 2 year warranty. The job took about 4.5 hours. I would definitely recommend Sam.

Ashley from AerialForce came to solve problem with picture freezing,very friendly and competent at his job,did all different tests and solved the problem,HDS charged me £114 and we still had problem,wouldn’t recommend HDS to anyone

When giving a quote on the phone give a much more accurate price this company did not .When he arrived he looked at my hanging Ariel noticed the pole had snapped due to the wind . He also said it's a old Ariel and pole which is the wrong size . When he had finished he started to write out the invoice gave me the price which was £200 I hit the roof because that was nothing like what I was quoted which was £65.00 I am so angry do not use them

We needed a substantial amount of work done in regard to upgrading the quality of our aerial and satellite provision to three separate rooms - hoping to get all of the work done before Christmas.
I made one telephone call to Aerial Force yesterday late afternoon, Jayne was extremely helpful - later that evening their Engineer, Nick arrived - carried out a full survey of requirements; provided a thorough breakdown of all required and a detailed costing for every aspect.
Nick returned this morning and carried out all of the work required by lunchtime - this evening we have crystal clear, sharp and perfect TV reception in all three rooms.
One word to sum up this polite, considerate, genuinely caring and clearly vastly experienced and capable Engineer - outstanding.

I contacted Aerial Force to repair a broken satellite dish in Manchester. The engineer Mitchell phoned half an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Mitchell quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the work that needed to be done and the cost. Mitchell was very polite and professional and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Mitchell for your excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Further to my review which was for a repair of aerial,
not only was I overcharged for an amplifier to the tune of £238.80 instead of £30, but it now transpires that my BT TV is left connected to wifi and the aerial is not used at all. He also connected the existing wall aerial cable to the satellite port on bak of TV instead of Aerial port and the TV is not running on aerial at all. I could have done without aerial repair as things stand currently. I am furious with John Hickey who fed me with more lies than I knew at first. I took advice of another company who said that they must come back and put the aerial in the right port and connect the TV to aerial. To help me, he informed the Aerial Force that this was the case. Aerial Force wrote to me that as the third party is now involved, the guarantee will be void. Who cares for their guarantee, which is worthless considering the service or lack of it. I don't even know if the amplifier is working or not!! Will call another company and start all over again!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY which has also been on "Rogue Traders" I am now informed. Trust Pilot should not push the 1 star reviews to the back but show them in datel order.

Phoned aerialforce on a Saturday at 9.43. Ash, our engineer, arrived at 11.00. Provided photgraphic evidence of the problem and then carried out the agreed work. Unfortunately there was an issue, which turned out to be a faulty new part, but despite the time it took to identify this fact, Ash did not cut any corners and ensured we were able to view programmes on two of our three devices over the weekend. He returned on the Monday and removed the item he temporarily fitted for the weekend with a new art and everything works perfectly. Very impressed with the promptness and the quality of the service provided. Would definitely recommend them if you need any aerial or satellite work carried out.

It's pretty rare you use a company these days and are left impressed. Within a minute of an online enquiry (at about 8pm on a Friday night), someone rang us with a convenient plan for a next day fix of our issue.

By 10am next day, engineer Mark was here after we were told he was en route. Polite and knowledgeable, he identified the issue immediately and set to work. In an under an hour he'd sorted the dish problem, we paid the reasonable fee and he was off. All done in not much longer than 12 hours from being on the website.

You need to tell your driver who drove down Whittlesey green at 7pm tonight 22nd September to slow down! Drove past my house at ridiculous speed! not great promotion for your company if they drive like an idiot!

After leaving my details on their website for a call back. I was called the same day and provided a next day call out. The service was excellent from start to finish. Courteous, clean and tidy. Polite and friendly. I would highly recommend. Ricky worked hard and efficiently.

My first telephonic dealing with aerial force was positive. Then I cancelled the call out but was told that I would have to still pay the call out fee as the cancellation was less than 24hrs. I recanted and said if I have to pay then he may as well make the diagnostic call. The technician came and soon offered his diagnoses of the problem He said we need to replace both the aerial and amplifier which were poorly, due to possible static build up from an electrical storm, the cost quoted was £878.00, excluding the cost of call out which was £82.80.
The company insisted on a second opinion, and KB aerials, using the same diagnostic equipment ascertained that the problem was simply the aerial. The problem was resolved by replacing the aerial with a wide band aerial and added LTE filter for a total cost of £225.00.
I get the distinct impression that Aerialforce and Tvaerial company, appear to operate by over stating and over charging for their services and would avoid them at all cost.

Darell called to confirm his expected time of arrival, he turned up on time and provided an excellent and speedy installation. He is a friendly and competent individual and supplied a great service in installing my Amateur Radio transmitting aerial - a slightly unusual application for his skills. I was able to check that all was OK before he finalised the cable run - and everything was working better than I expected.

Scammers. Please do not use. Waste of time and money. £89 (after tax added) for same day call out sounds great as they will apparently fix if possible there and then HOWEVER this is not the reality, the guy came out had a quick look and then said it would be £1419 for a new aerial or £619 if i only wanted it to work in 2 rooms of the house and and extra £299 to remove and take away the old aerial. I got a second quote from elsewhere and they sorted it there and then for £250 only total.

Excellent! Our engineer Martin W was punctual, polite, friendly and above all knew his business. Very knowledgeable efficient. Our Aerial issue was resolved quickly and with no issues.

Prompt appointment made for the following day.
Phone call received as promised half an hour before engineer's visit.
Spencer was knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly and explained what he was doing and would do at every stage.
He completed the work to do everything necessary to update our equipment and solve the problem with our TV signal

5 star my backside shocking, the Irvine guy was a thief £480 for a £50 digi box axial to a loft and no signal to our back room which was the original issue ? Really sower of thieves get this sorted for what I paid for
