John phoned to say “on my way”. He quickly assessed the situation, recommended a Freesat installation (which we wanted anyway) and booked a second visit for next morning. Our existing aerial was difficult to get at but John managed the situation very well. He removed the terrestrial TV aerial and installed our new Freesat dish. He then set it up, linked it with our Triax multiswitch and made sure every TV in the house was receiving the signal. John was quick and efficient with everything he did, polite, courteous and a pleasure to talk to. His visit was, overall, an excellent experience for us. Well done, John. AND, good communication from AerialForce plus good value. 5 star!

I recently had a problem with getting my Samsung 65cm tv mounted on the wall.This work should have been done by the company who delivered the tv.However they did not have the correct tools.After my initial disappointment I search around the next morning for a company to complete the job.
This is where I found Aerialforce.I logged on to there website and within seconds the chat option opened.After explaining my dilema within minutes an engineer was booked to come out SAME DAY to complete the job.Within 2 hours the engineer named LAPPIN arrived and within half an hour comleated the job,even setting the tv up and explaining the functions of the tv.
I can honestly say I was very impressed by the whole serivce from begining to end.It was promt efficient and very very helpfulI.I can definitely recommend Aerialforce.com for their services of which they have many.

Incredible responsiveness (visited within an hour of calling), with a friendly and very efficient representative who completely resolved our aerial issues within 75 minutes. In fact, he exceeded our expectations by allowing us to access another aerial point we had not hitherto been able to use.

The engineer Mark was on time & did a fantastic job he was polite & honest and not a bad price either, i would definitely use this company again & if i could i would give mark 6 stars, fabulous job.

Spencer sorted out all our problems, fitted a new aerial and amplifier, and tuned in/checked our devices to make sure everything was as we wanted it and working properly.

I contacted Aerial Force through their website to fix my TV aerial and was called within 2 minutes to arrange an appointment. The engineer, Ricky St John, then arrived within the hour. He was friendly and professional and replaced the aerial in around 10 minutes. Overall an extremely positive experience.

Aerialforce were absolutely fantastic and if I could give more stars I would. I was contacted within a minute of sending a request and not long after Anthony arrived to sort out putting up a new aerial. The service was absolutely unbelievable and I cannot believe how quickly the job was done. Raymond diagnosed the fault quickly and then replaced the faulty distribution unit. He was extremely courteous and his work was of the highest quality.

Engineer visited the same day when I initiated a call with the Aerialforce asking for a quote. Engineer discussed and gave me the quotation immediately. Very next working day work started and completed to our full satisfaction. Emailed this morning ,engineer here this afternoon Darren Smith diagnosed the problem and did a quick efficient job Very pleased

We had two visits from an engineer,named Otman.He is very pleasant and showed concern for my best friend who has dementia.
All the work was done and as I am not very technical,I had to ask a few questions more than once.
Otman,I retuned one of our small televisions from scratch upstairs and it is working well.Good luck to you ,now and in the future.
