I phoned up to get help with my account wrong address closed and this shows on my account (it is the address I am moving into)
The person struggled to understand the issue and confirmed everything ok at their end but takes time to update at my end (which came across as brushing it under the carpet)
IVR kept creeping for wait time and then suddenly someone answered
Not a great experience at all

Decent company.
It feels like all water companies are ripping us off lately but Affinity have always been easy to deal with, Any problems I've had have been dealt with promptly by helpful staff.
