Very prompt in remittance of funds
Very prompt in remittance of funds. However my money that was stalked ( $2 - I admit not a lot) still remained in my account and the system has not allowed me to use it up even when I have more than the $10 threshold that staff explained in last chat/email. I feel that the staff have not been reading what I write and this is the second time that I will complain about this. Somehow frustrating; wish there is a telephone line to call.
However, overall, the service is great.

Opening account in Nigeria is too cumbersome. On 8/10/2026 I tried to open an account. After 2 days, I was asked to provide my bank statement which I provided yet the account is not available. I forwarded my house address but was rejected because it's not in ur system that I have to provide a electricity bill to proof which I have done but no amount yet. When I reached out to the account manager, he said there was a mail to sent to me but I can't find it. Pls kindly reforward it
