I’m very unhappy to be told I have to…
I’m very unhappy to be told I have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee for an exchange. If it was a return I would understand the fee but in a situation of exchange it is ludicrous. They’ve lost
a customer in me and I will be sharing this negative experience. Now I have an inappropriate item and will need to find an alternate retailer for a replacement. I won’t be shopping with AIMs industrial ever again.
