Still awaiting receipt of goods
Still awaiting receipt of goods. Australia Post emailed to advise of a delay and wouldn’t be delivered on 26th February but didn’t give an eta. Just got an email to say tried to deliver today 7th March??? But no one home so have taken to nearest PO. As cost of postage was the same as the goods I consider I have not received appropriate service. The internet purchasing process was quick and efficient, unlike Australia Post delivery process.

Poor stock availability communication
Product and price was fine, but need to make sure availability or lead time are shown BEFORE the online checkout. Delivery time was very disappointing due to nil stock, but this was never communicated at any stage
