Knowledgeable and well spoken staff
Just got off a call with Quanah and he was amazing throughout the whole induction. He was well spoken, patients and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without hesitation and rapidly too. He gave me the best suggestions, demonstrating the he genuinely cares about the well-being of us students, even going as far as leaving his contact for future support. A raise is definitely deserved. 1/10 do not recommend
When I first signed up, I was told there’d be all these “extras” included but none of that was ever delivered. The assignments are poorly written, support is almost non-existent, and the whole setup feels money-driven rather than focused on helping students succeed.
I’ve decided to continue my studies elsewhere because after completing my Cert IV, I feel like I’ve learnt very little, and honestly, I’d be a bit apprehensive hiring a trainer who studied through AIPT as well

IPAF help with approval
marc helped me today get my IPAF approved so i can proceed with my course. I had done all of my theory and just needed to start my workplace assessments. he was quick and very helpful!
