I’ve just brought a set of 29” MTB rigid forks to swap out for a customer who had old and stiff cheap suspension forks on a hybrid; the Airbike forks are really good quality and have transformed the bike - great product.

I bought some air suspension forks. To be honest I was not expecting much for the price, but the cheap ones (SunTour) on my Haibike were finished. My Haibike is pretty good but was always let down by the forks and I thought an upgrade would be okay
These arrived quickly fitted perfectl look great, and have transformed the ride. They are far better than forks costing Much more and appear extremely good quality.
To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cassette was delivered quickly and has a nice smooth gear change

Super fast and free delivery, ordered Friday morning and arrived before Saturday lunch. Ordered the xc36 forks for a hardtail project, and out of the box seem to be of better quality than the price would suggest. Bench testing of compression and rebound adjustments would suggest the performance will be easy up to the task, and impressive considering the price. My only disappointment is the lack of technical information, despite requesting. I would really like to have access to an exploded parts diagram, or list of spare parts, so in the event I need to replace a part or seal I can identify what I need and there's no miscommunication with part descriptions.

Bought 4 wheels and an 8 speed cassette from airbike. Chose them since they're local to me, and an indie trying to do their own thing. Good prices, good customer service (helpful responses to emails and even advice over the phone about the wheels). Parts have been fitted and used regularly on commuter bikes throughout winter with zero problems. Can't ask for much more than that!

Wonderful pedals came quick lasted 1000s of miles so far no issue

Received promptly,a good price. Fitted ok and works well. Early days but okay so far.

Purchased a 12 Speed 10-50T Microspline Cassette, as from experiance the build quality of the cassette is as good as i will ever reqiure for my green lane use yet the price is only 2/3rds that of a genuine Shimano so to me its a no brainer.

Good quality service and a good customer service aswell.

My self and my dad have used Airbike.uk many times and have always found their customer service and product to be as good as any major bike company.

Bought a 10spd cassette and a bottom bracket. Both products arrived in good condition and appear well made. No problems installing the cassette and works well with sram drive train.

Bottom bracket has smooth bearings and feels great to ride and for the price if it fails in 12mths I'll just buy a new one.

Customer services appears good, got a response to both WhatsApp and emails within the hour, assuming they aren't heavily staffed this is acceptable.

All in all great experience and will use again

Quick delivery and great product that was a much cheaper alternative to buying genuine SRAM. Product has been strong and reliable. Would definitely purchase again

I was looking for a bigger rear cassette to help me up the hills on my gravel bike, and was surprised to find AirBike offering a whole range at much lower prices than Shimano or Sram. I was a little sceptical that they might be as good quality, but ordered one anyway to try them out.

I bought the largest I thought would fit - 46x11. It arrived in a couple of days, and I had it fitted by the weekend for my next ride. I had even ordered a b-adjustment screw for the mech expecting to have to adjust it for extra clearance, but didn’t need to.

Amazingly, the chain/cassette ran completely true without even having to trim the mech. Went for a short ride, no problem. Went for a much longer ride and again, no problems.

In summary, can’t fault the cassette, especially at the price, and would definitely buy from AirBike again when this one wears out.
