Zero communication
It is apparently impossible to communicate with the company. I contacted them on Saturday to request a change in address (they should answer within 12h). They ignored my email and got a notification on Monday that my package has been shipped sealing my fate of not receiving it in time. Definitely will not order here again.

Horrendous company and a complete scam - avoid! They didn't deliver my item. Ignored my emails. Luckily I paid via my credit card so the issue is sat with my credit card team.

Rubbish delivery and communication
I placed an order on a Wed and delivery was quoted Sat. I chased on Monday - they were very slow on coming back and very vague in responses. I explained this was for a 18th birthday and needed by the following day. No response until next morning saying standard shipping is 5 days. They have had my order for nearly a week now and only shipped today. Rubbish communication and delivery.

A great addition to the hen do!
We brought an airbod for my nieces hen do! And what a reaction we got!! It was the highlight of the weekend taking little Adam around with us! Great quality, durable and just fantastic! Highly recommend to add to any party, hen/stag - or just because!

Satisfied Customer!
International shipping was relatively fast, item was packaged nicely, and the quality exceeded my expectations! The preview feature on the site warps the grooms face a little, but upon receipt it looks great! Very excited for the bride to see it and have it attend all future events
