Air Bod for my daughter's hen weekend
Bought Air Bod for my daughter's hen weekend, I wrapped it up for the Pass the Parcel game, she loved Air Bod Ben, her fiancé. He went everywhere with us from laughing Yoga, to the Swimming pool, out for dinner and to meet everyone we met along the way.

Placed an order and added that If the order wouldn't arrive in time could It please be cancelled, seller reassured me (3 days later) that the order would arrive in time. I then messaged 2 days before I needed it to ask for any tracking info and the seller replied that they had no dolls and something to do with the manufacturer so the item hadnt been sent and wouldn't arrive in time. Ridiculous service, let down last minute and not to mention I had to message 3 times to get a refund processed. Avoid this company!

My low score is mostly due to…
My low score is mostly due to communication. I have emailed twice and sent a DM on Instagram and have no response yet. My order was seriously delayed, then sent to wring address (this small part was not Airbods fault) and once I got it back, it was the wrong picture on mine - despite the proof coming along with the right face. I tried to get another sent out urgently for my sister's Hen party tomorrow and no response....
