Ignored for a week. Sent an email to chase or cancel order. Then informed it has been sent. One week after order. Missed the birthday. So requested a refund. No joy!
Awful.

Shocking! Stay away! Delivery said 3-5 days and they still haven’t arrived more than 10 days later! I needed these for a presentation evening but an express delivery option wasn’t available so had to hope that they arrived within the time that they suggested…they didn’t and I haven’t even received a dispatched email.

I couldn’t be more impressed with our Aibods! This is the 4th one we’ve bought and they are absolutely brilliant— the likeness is uncanny for each one. If you’re looking for something unique Airbod is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Product arrived timely however one of the gifts was a 50ty birthday gift and she did not open until her bday. The product had a hole and airbod did not honor their product as they said it was not inspected on time! But how do you inspect a birthday gift?

The delivery is way longer than the information they give on the website. And as they ship from the UK you'll need to pay extra customs (for me it was €14) to ship to the EU.
Also the personal message was not present in the giftbox i paid extra for.

Had a hole and they wanted me to make a video and photos and etc etc w t f to prove.. Never again.

Fast delivery better than expected and loved so much by our bride to be would highly recommend he loved Paris 😂

I’m writing on the back of my previous review posted below on the 20th of June. I had commented on a picture they had published on instagram, stating that I received faulty items and I haven’t heard back from them, on the off chance they might respond back to me. They have since removed my comment from the post so that nobody can read it. This business knows exactly what they are doing, and that’s con customers out of their money. Shameful. Stay away.

Complete fraud. Took my money, never shipped product and will not reply to any of my 5 emails I have sent! BEWARE!!!!

Product is crap. Arrived, inflated by mouth - seam popped on the 3rd breath. Stuff from poundland can stand up to more than this garbage.

Emailed a few days ago, no reply otlr acknowledgement. Refund requested.

The item came ripped on the arm.
By the time I blew it up for my sisters hen it was too late to get a replacement.
I have emailed air bod 3 times, I received a response after 2 weeks, I quickly replied and I am still waiting for a response.
Such a shame as we wanted to use for photos.

The customer service is absolutely shocking. Nobody will get back to me on their messenger service or their email. They charged me over €17 on shipping and taxes and now I'm being told I've to pay for shipping again. A blow up doll listed at €30 is now going to cost €60. Such false advertising and no customer service beside my numerous emails. I ordered 3 different items from 3 companies on the same day from etsy and the other 2 items arrived last week. This is the only item that hasn't. So disappointed and will not recommend this brand to anyone.

It popped after about 5 minutes of being inflated 😫

Ordered from Ireland for my sisters hen night. I paid for express delivery and it arrived on time in a lovely box with 'Say Hello to your Little Friend'. We had the most fun with this inflatable. So easy to carry around and great quality. My sister loved it.

My item arrived but unfortunately the order slip details transferred onto the doll. I contacted customer service, they asked me to try soap to remove it but this didn't work, I let them know and they sent me a replacement.

The doll was a big hit! Great quality!

It's a bit of fun and everyone finds it amusing but they are a bit too dear.

Premium quality gift! Highly recommend for anyone throwing a stag or hen's party! Printing quality is great too!
