Horrible service.
They changed my ticket name and didn't want to change it back. The airline company told me they could do it, and they said they couldn't. They want to do the least effort to help the customer.

We came to the airport. ‘You’re flight is cancelled.’ We never heard anything of AIRNGO. No mails or calls. You just have to do it all by yourself. There are no contactnumbers or services available. Luckly we’ve checked it ourselves before. They’re just scammers who don’t care about their costumers. Don’t book with this company!

Changed my legal name automatically to the name i told them at the contact information, so now i cant use my ticket without changing the name on it to my legal name, which costs 150 pounds. If my contact name was the same as my legal name i would have used that one! ridiculous.

Blijkbaar alleen rugzak toegestaan en geen koffertje voor in de cabine

Al meerdere keren via geboekt en alles verloopt juist en snel.

Unclear what ticket airngo sold me. Travelling for business i did not take the cheapest options. But just jours before departure the airline informs me i had their basic ticket and hand luggage (a typical small trolley) was not allowed unless i paid 50€ x2 extra. For hand luggage! airngo needs to make it clear to customers that they’re buying some silly ticket w/o hand luggage allowance that nobody actually wants.

Zit nog steeds te wachten op een refund. Bij 2 maatschappijen geboekt. Heenreis klopt, terugreis wel betaald maar niet tot stand gekomen. Heenreis Transavia en terugreis met Vueling. Heb nu zelf de terugreis maar rechtstreeks geboekt, dus nu dubbele kosten. Bericht gestuurd aan Airgo maar krijg geen reactie…

La date de ma voyage à été changé et par conséquent j'ai demandé le remboursement qui a été fait pour la compagnie aérienne directement à airandgo; cela ne m'a pas remboursé. Je téléphone plusieurs fois , j'ai envoyé des emails et personne ne répond jamais.
Si vous avez besoin d'aide, c'est impossible de les contacter .

THIS IS SUCH A SCAM, THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT. THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE CONSTANTLY NOT WORKING, THERE'S NO SUCH E MAIL YOU CAN CONTACT THEM FROM, ONLY NO REPLIES MAILS. THEY STOLE MY MONEY WITH NO TRACE, IF YOU EVER NEED TO GET A REFUND ON THEM TRY CONTACTING THE BANK OR PROCESS A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. ITS A SCAM!!!!

I got my tickets from this company. They said that the reservation for inbound was cancelled for no reason and they only refound half of the price for the tickets. It is nearly impossible to contact the customer service.

Worst company to buy ticket from. The customer service is horrible and never responds clearly. I was deducted unjustly for cancelling my flight even though I bought cancellation insurance.

For English below: Ik heb een ticket geboekt en daarna veranderden de aansluitingen. AirnGo is niet bereikbaar om iets in mijn ticket te wijzigen. Ik moet dus een compleet nieuw ticket kopen om mijn reis alsnog te maken of accepteren dat ik 1500€ heb weggegooid.
I bought a ticket after which the connecting flights changed. AirnGo is not available for contact on changing my flights, there is no possibility on the website so I have to choose between buying a completely new ticket or accepting that I've thrown 1500 down the drain.

De dag voor de afreis werd het vluchtschema gewijzigd en nu moet ik 24(!) Uur op een tussenlanding doorbrengen. Het gewijzigde ticket is verward en onduidelijk opgesteld. Helemaal niet blij mee!!😬

Jullie systeem waardeloos. In mijn boeking is een deel van de achternaam door een / teken voor de voornaam komen te staan. Vervolgens is er ook weer iets anders op het ticket bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij komen te staan. Jullie klantenservice is waardeloos. Jullie zijn verplicht hiervoor contact op te nemen met de b2b helpdesk maar weigeren dit te doen.

Ticket geboekt terwijl die vlucht niet bestaat. Ik eis mijn geld terug wat is dit voor terng kqqt ding geen bereik

Boek een ticket en bedrag wordt afgeschreven
Krijg dan te zien dat de tickets niet beschikbaar zijn
Maar eerst wel geld afschrijven

Extremely disappointed in the service, as they where unable to change flights even in good time. It was not worth the money saved, as me and my partner ended up simply not going on the plane.
