Moving pets from the UK to Australia is seriously complex because Australia has some of the strictest biosecurity laws in the world. We had to relocate three cats, and I honestly expected the process to be stressful and full of uncertainty.

With Airpets, it was the complete opposite — everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The biggest reason for that was Sophie P. (London). She is an exceptional person who made the whole experience as smooth as anyone could imagine. Her responses were always quick, every step was clearly explained in her emails, and she kept regular follow-ups so we always knew what was happening and what we needed to do next.

What really stood out is that Sophie was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and supportive — and she even replied to our emails while she was on holiday. That level of care is rare.

This has been one of those experiences where you genuinely feel you can’t thank someone enough for the help they’ve given. Massive thanks to Sophie and the Airpets team — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving pets to Australia.

Airpets were amazing, the care and attention my cat received when he arrived in Heathrow was superb. Not long after he arrived the IT systems failed in Heathrow but Airpets worked really late into the night in order to process his paperwork and drive him safely back home to me. Fantastic company, I can’t thank them enough for their care and attention, and for keeping me fully informed throughout of the situation.

Airpets is an excellent well-oiled company that cares for the valuable pets they help move around the globe. I used them twice - to bring Lando my spaniel to Saudi Arabia and then to return him back to the UK after 2 years - both times Airpets ran the UK element. The Airpets team managed everything with ease, detail, and excellent communications. I cannot recommend them enough.

We used AirPets to get our Golden Retriever x Poodle back to Australia after nearly 3 years in the UK.
Sophie was great to deal with, answering all my questions and concerns.

We have just moved our labrador, Meg, from the UK to Australia and we couldn’t be happier with the Airpets service.
Sophie was amazing from start to finish. The process to get into Australia is complex and full of procedures and paperwork, but Sophie gave us just the information we needed when we needed it. We were given very clear next steps at each interaction including a vet schedule of what Meg needed to have, the date range when she needed it and the documents that needed to be provided.
We flew out a few days before Meg and were very anxious about her travel. Sophie sent pics of her in the “Heathrow Pet Lounge” and after her night at kennels before she flew, assuring us that she had been good for the vet checks.
Sophie let us know the quarantine process in Australia abd sent through all documents immediately. I’ve just picked Meg up and she appears well looked after and happy.
I would recommend Airpets 100% for moving pets around the world.

I cannot recommend Airpets highly enough. They helped us with the clearance for our dog travelling from Georgia, which is an extremely difficult and complex case due to the number of documents required and their very short expiry dates. Every step needed precision and careful attention, and the team handled this brilliantly.

A very special thank you to Jodie, who was absolutely amazing. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed and close to giving up, worrying that the documents wouldn’t work — but Jodie stayed positive, encouraging, and incredibly supportive throughout. She was always quick to respond to my emails and questions and explained everything clearly.

She truly went above and beyond. Many people might have given up halfway through such a complicated process, but Jodie encouraged me, took full responsibility, and handled everything at the highest professional level. Thanks to her, what felt impossible became achievable.

We were pleased we chose Airpets to relocate our cat from the UK to Norway. They made what appeared to be a complicated and bureaucratic process straight forward. Lauren, our consultant, was excellent. She provided a great service - communicate, informative, helpful, friendly and caring - and thanks to her and her colleagues our cat arrived safe and well to his new home.

We dealt with Lauren for the moving of our dog from the UK to Bangkok. The communication, service and care could not have been better. If I were moving an animal anywhere out of our into the UK I would not hesitate to make use of their services again.

Will strongly recommend airpets to anyone that requires pet relocation support. After doing price comparison with several other companies, airpets was the most reasonably priced one for the service provided. Shoutout to Lauren who was very patient and understanding with us through the process of relocating our cat (British shorthair) from UK to Singapore!

Lauren was outstanding. The epitome of first class customer service. I relocated to the UAE and Lauren dealt with a garage of questions from me for months before my pets departure date. Not once did she come across short or impatient.

The cats arrived in their crates very well organised. The crates were more spacious that I had expected. Airpets have a relationship with Sandy Paws (UAE side) which made everything a lot easier int erms of communication between the two parties.

I initially considered doing all this on my own without an agent and I'm so glad I managed to get the funds together to hire Air pets because it takes a massive weight off your shoulders. I highly recommend them.

Relocating the most important part of a family is a worry. The team at Airpets with Lauren as agent were simply amazing. They overcome all challenges to organise the very uneventful relocation of our beloved Bella from the UK to South Africa. Airpets in conjunction with Jetpets in Australia did a fantastic job of getting our dog from the UK to Brisbane via quarantine in Melbourne as we relocated back to Brisbane from the UK. They lead us through the quagmire of administration and plethora of Vet visits. Our dog is happy and and we as a family are therefore very happy in general and with the support and service we received.
