Driver was pleasant & arrived in a timely manner

Alex was great very friendly and helpful.

I was able to get time to book just a day before the flight and they were able to give me a booking. I got the option of cash payment which was really good as I helped me easy my trust issues. They were absolute professionals and the coordination was very smooth. My assigned driver was unwell in morning and they immediately assigned another one.

It was very professional and smooth coordination. Oliver was super helpful and efficient in communication and support. The rates were reasonable.

This trip was my fifth with this company and they have been reliable every time. My driver Alex was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely use them in the future.

6th February 2023 I would recommend you try ground Transfers . My experience was they were very polite, helpful at all times the booking staff were kind and friendly. Both taxi drivers were extremely polite. I will choose ground Transfers every time.

We had a mixup issue with our booking agent which affected our schedule and convenience but Ground transfers managed the situation professionally and in a timely manner also. The driver mr Chris was absolutely wonderful and quite engaging. It was a swell time riding with him. We would definitely choose ground transfers again!!!

Excellent service all round. Driver was friendly (Alex) and let us know where he was at the meeting point and helped us with the cases into the car. Even asked if we wanted to stop for groceries on the way home. Car very comfortable which was great after a day of travelling. Even had bottles of water in the back for us.

My car arrived for pick up on time, the vehicle was spotless and set up with plenty of room for me in the back seat. Prior to this the booking process and communications in the lead up to the journey were excellent and made for a stress-free experience. The driver was polite, courteous and engaging. I arrived at the airport in plenty of time for my flight after a smooth journey.
