Great service, flight was delayed so never got the car I'd actually paid for but the replacement was adequate.

We are sorry for not being fully satisfied with our company. You paid for a luxury vehicle, which we initially assigned. As your flight was delayed and the driver wasn’t available to carry on with the schedule, we’ve replaced your driver; however, the driver that was replaced still has a luxury vehicle (BMW 7 Series), the issue was that he was still in London kept by a delayed customer and we had no chance than sending an executive vehicle (Mercedes E-Class) thy was closer at the time of your arrival to make sure you won’t be waiting at the airport for your driver, and the journey to be delivered in time, safe and comfortable.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we would love to see you again on board.

Did not have to worry about a ride
Contacted company when our flight was delayed and rebooked. Made sure the driver knew and waited for us. Driver was patient and courteous with the delay and while we reported missing luggage to the airline. This was a huge relief and one less thing to worry about for us.

Very friendly & smart professional drivers, both taxis were immaculately clean with bottles of water for passengers. Communication was fantastic with both texts & email. Will definitely use this company again for future Airport transfers.

Best limousine service ever…
We used this service for 5 events on our trip to Great Britain. All the drivers were superb; friendly, helpful, and safe. There was the appropriate level of communication to be sure our needs were met and any questions answered. Absolutely outstanding people working at this company. We’ve notified you by email one day prior to your journey where to meet your driver inside the terminal but we noticed that you never opened our email.

Driver was waiting for us at Arrivals, helped with luggage and gave us a comfortable ride avoiding traffic hotspots to ensure we had no delays getting home. Very good service on both journeys.
