Great experiences
I have used Ground Transfers for years and they are fantastic. They are fast in the booking process, they have almost always (95%) drives on time, they have great car fleet. Strongly recommend.

Great driver, great service
Aurel was on time to pick us up for both journeys to and from the airport. It was very nice to have the same driver for both ways. He was courteous and friendly. We would happily use the company again

Good communication from ground transfers, telling me about name of driver, reg and make of car picking me up. Phone call from driver.
Excellent driver, polite, efficient.
This is the third taxi journey with them.
Would use them again on my next trip.

Reliable, flexible, helpful drivers
My flight changed and they accommodated with a quick whatsapp exchange. Driver was on time, helpful and friendly. Car as always was comfortable and easily accommodated all our luggage.
Interaction with this company for booking is quick, easy and friendly.

Excellent customer service after I explained that I lost my phone that you still managed to arrange to pick me up at the airport, friendly drivers were definitely recommend to anyone to transport to the airport great company.

Reliability
This was a return journey from Gatwick. The plane was a little late and having assistance took time. I contacted the driver easily in reply to straightforward message saying he was close. He was reassuring and was waiting with my name. Very comfortable ride and good timing as well as water. Thank you!

Excellent service
Excellent service. First time using. Bi eas worried no one would turn up and I wouldn't be able to contact anyone as we were travelling out of hours but I needn't have worried. Excellent communication from the office and the drivers. Both drivers were a pleasure and very helpful dealing with the luggage and even taking us to our front door under an umbrella. Fabulous service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone
