Great Service and flexibility

Excellent service for my Airport Trip
My first time with this company and I couldn’t feel more delighted with the service I received.
Both Alex and Aurel were punctual, very helpful and polite and friendly drivers.

Very helpful driver who met us at the agreed pick up point. A smooth drive to the airport in the immaculately maintained car. Highly recommend ground transfers for a stress free trip to the airport.

Seating configuration
I have been in a similar vehicle where the middle row of seats was rearward facing and this was far more sociable for the group. This would have deserved 5 stars.

We provided a Mercedes V-Class, which arrived on time for your 40-minute journey.
The seating arrangement is designed to comply with local council regulations. While we regret that this did not meet your expectations, we must prioritise adherence to the law in these matters. If you encountered other taxi vehicles with different seating arrangements, please note that they may not have been compliant with local authority regulations and could have operated at their own risk.
While we understand our customers needs, we must follow the law and not put our drivers and company at risk. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
A wonderful experience
Alex was wonderful about keeping us informed as to where to meet him. He was entertaining and knowledgeable about our destination and gave us some recommendations about sites of which we were previously unaware. A great experience overall!
