Worst unprofessionals they dnt respond to your querys wifi connections down for several days and if u raise an issue you will only get an ai automated reply saying xyz has been assigned to resolve the issue but the technician never arrives and next someone new is assigned and that technician too never comes will never ever in my life I will opt for airtel wifi nor will suggest any family and friends

Despite multiple attempts, around 10 times, to contact customer care, I was unable to get assistance as the automated system claimed no one was available to answer. Although refunds amounting to millions of rupees have been processed, the issue remains unresolved.
Is it fair to question whether Airtel is overcharging its customers, given the company's apparent financial success and the luxurious lifestyle of its employees?

I am WRITING THIS REVIEW regarding a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience I have faced while attempting to obtain a Wi-Fi connection from Bharti Airtel.
An individual named Mr. Diwakar, claiming to be an Airtel representative, persistently followed up with me for over a month to take a new Wi-Fi connection. Based on his repeated assurances, I agreed to proceed. However, without even verifying whether the service was available in my area, he pressured me into making an upfront payment of ₹1500, which I paid via the QR code he provided, along with submitting my documents.
After the payment was made:
A technician informed me that the connection is not feasible in my area.
The payment is not reflecting in the Airtel Thanks app, raising serious concerns about its legitimacy.
Mr. Diwakar has since completely stopped responding to my calls and messages.
It has now been several days, and despite my continuous follow-ups, there has been no response, no refund, and no accountability.
Additionally, I have learned that other customers in my locality have faced similar issues with the same individual, where money has been collected and no response has been given thereafter. This indicates a pattern of misconduct and possible fraudulent activity, which is extremely alarming.
To make matters worse:
I have contacted multiple technicians, but they only keep rescheduling repeatedly without any resolution.
I am unable to reach a proper customer care executive, as the system is largely automated and ineffective in addressing serious complaints like this.
Let me be very clear:
This entire experience has been highly unprofessional, mentally exhausting, and unacceptable for a reputed organization like Airtel.

Airtel Wifi is the worst
Airtel Wifi is the worst, please don't buy. The service provider in my area lied to me, he told me the cost is 700 something including GSt and after installtion the bill came to 800 something, basically the 700 price was without GST.
The wifi itself does not work well at all, it keeps going out, I have complained multiple times and they never changed the router, they came to my house twice and both the times, wifi is still giving issues.
The connection is so bad that I cannot watch youtube continuosly for 30 minutes, every 10/15 minutes, wifi will stop giving internet.
I cannot even whats app video call properly, it keeps reconnecting.
As a consumer, I beg you not to use Airtel Wifi.
