Very disappointed with my experience

Very disappointed with my experience. I requested a Jio SIM online and was promised delivery within 48 hours, but it has now been 6 days and I still haven’t received it.

I contacted customer care multiple times, but there has been no resolution. This kind of delay and lack of support is unacceptable.

Highly dissatisfied with the service.

Very very very poor service

Very very very poor service. I raised the query on 7th of April 2026 for Return and Remove Set Top Box Today is 14th of April 2026 Set Top Box not collected yet. I called 10 times to customer support for Remove and collect Set Top Box but they are very Rude and very irresponsible they hang up between conversation. This is the scam they are cheating with us. I recommend you please don't go with jio fiber and jio home this is a trap they will cheat you after sales service is very poor. I am giving the rating to jio services 0 out of 5 stars. Please don't go with Jio Fiber this a trap.

Worst Service Resolution in Assigning Technician

Service Ticket was raised on 10.04.2026 and still no one has attended the issue till today. The assigned engineer haven't come and the ticket status still shows as assigning engineer. I'm not sure whether the customer care team as a as Technician really care about customer's concern in resolving the issue on time.
Jio has lost trust with their customers.

One of the worst network issue ever…

One of the worst network issue ever seen in my life, totally waste of money, I don't get network in my home ,from long back I am telling jio people but they don't care about this ,if we miss re charge of our alternative number they will immediately call us to re charge but they can't give proper network, we are giving our hard earned money for free to jio , jio company should shut down the business of mobile network so costumers like us will get relief

The internet service is absolutely…

The internet service is absolutely ridiculous and the customer care is even more horrible, I did not want to give 1 star, the jio experience is 0 star. On one random day our airfiber stopped working so we raised a complaint and a technician was sent, he cut a wire and said that the issue will resolve, and demanded that we give him the otp to close the complaint, we refused to give the otp since the issue wasn't resolved, he asked his supervisor to call us and pressurised us to give the otp. After that we have called the customer care 7 times to resolve the issue but no action at all. This is an absolutely ridiculously horrible service provider. Absolute disappointment.

Dismal customer service

Generating an invoice for a customer to pay must be so easy for Jio but letting the customer know what that invoice is for, what the customer has been billed for despite making a 3 months advance rental must be so hard!

And the burden of clarification naturally falls on the customer because jio's customer service is pathetic, embarrasing! A jio staff person constantly saying like a robot during the call- im checking, im checking.. and the customer wondering what could the staff possibly be checking that is taking so long.
On calling again, the systems which seemed to have been working 2 minutes ago during last call are suddenly down and a black hole again!

The viewing experience itself is far from smooth or seamless. Everytime TV is switched on and a channel is clicked, the screen goes black for 25-30 seconds before the channel starts.
New channels are added/removed/order shifted very often and the user could keep searching for a channel that was originally there and is not there now or some other channel that has been added.

While watching any channel, suddenly the screen is paused for several seconds before one can watch what was being shown again!..The layout of the home screen, digital tv could be different too any time the tv is switched on!

And to think that Jio charges 3 months advance rental for fiber, and offers this kind of "extremely unique" below average customer experience.
It amounts to daylight robbery!

Its couse many user are connected so what do i do shall I change the network provider to get out it because there many user using internet of them and they can't maintain there customer base I guess dismissing there services will good for them couse they dont want us

Fun fact it took me while 2 minute just to load previous screen to white screen and then 5 minute to this page worst customer care and service
