It's a worst and worst company i have ever seen
My BSNL Sim came to reverification
I went to BSNL office but they not responding
I'm customer since 26 year's of BSNL
But now as soon as possible i will leave the BSNL
Please don't trust BSNL
I went to taluk Head quarter office and they are telling we don't have this option
In taluk Head quarter have this problem
Then what about rural
I need correct reply for this from who are concerned

Network not stable
Network can go from 124 kb/s to 0 kb/s and takes 5 to 10 minutes to go back to normal

Your bsnl 4g network is worse I thought always has not loading everywhere whenever I am in emergency this network is not usage at all. All I pay gor data for this only that network does not load . This is worse I thought. Do something about this network otherwise I have to complaint personally. Upgrade or whatever u want to but make the network available in every area or in home also.

My house is in a remote village and BSNL has provided consistent broadband connectivity without a blip from the last 4 years . Trust me , even a Broadband provider in G7 countries can do that even though they charge 30x cost per month. I am happy with it and I would recommend to you all . For me it’s delivered more than what I expected consistently .

The BSNL Customer Care is the most pathetic service. The associates at the customer care call centre are highly unprofessional and speak in a very rude manner. It’s more like I don’t Care Customer Service and they should do away with it. It doesn’t provide any real service.

The network is slow n never works perfectly. If ur considering taking bsnl I'd say don't. Not worth it at all

Latur Bsnl office त्यांना सिम कार्ड वाटप करणे म्हणजे खूप मोठ काम वाटत होतं त्यांचे म्हणणं आलं असं की तुम्ही सिम कार्ड घेण्यासाठी का आलात मार्केटमध्ये तुम्हाला आणखीन ऑपरेटर नाहीत का. आम्ही सिम कार्ड देत नाही आम्ही फक्त मिलिटरीतल्या लोकांना सिम कार्ड देतो. तुम्हाला पाहिजे असेल तर तुम्ही ब्लँक पेपर वरती सिग्नेचर करून द्या असेच त्यांच्याकडनं अशाप्रकारे बोलण्यात आलं.

In our area of West Bengal pin 722143 ,we are used huges count of BSNL mobile users but there always very bad internet network provides.other side BSNL ads announcement very Big Big as 2/3 GB per day in minimum price, that's bsnl joke:;:

BSNL if not is the worst network service you can ever have. Most of the time , you are unable to use the data service due to limited connectivity and lesser towers plus sometimes you cannot use any service ( calls , data , etc. ) at all. And the customer care is the worst , they do not listen to the complaints and it just gets worser. Never use BSNL , I said never !

We have transferred our MTNL LINE TO BSNL dur to take over and got the past six months the phone only has a dial tone with no services to make it receive calls. The connection migration was done by Rajan Cable Services wherein after running after them for so many days the wiring and the router hot fixed. While my number still shows NOT MIGRATED UNDER BSNL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BILLS ARE RAISED BY BSNL. It's been calls after calls and speaking to so many staff at Rajan Cables, MTNL right upto th the DGM AND GM with no response or resolution yet as on day. What poor services and company wants to stay alive HOW AND WHY.

Worst Network on Partvat Patiya Surat, don't buy BSNL SIM becuase once your have bought or PORT in BSNL then you have to wait for 90 days to PORT another network.

Best 'F' network and customer service will provide BSNL.

My bsnl wifi is not working most of the time they should improve their service they don't do any work useless network never recommend thiss ....

BSNL Bsavanagudi Telecom center Staffs are not good and supportive never lift the calls and always try to avoid the complaints never give the final solutions
never send the proper bills
