AJ is very passionate about new technologies.
He is very humble. He dont think himself supreme teacher, he is ready learn from students as well which I liked.
He uses simple words which is easy to catch. His teaching skills are really good.
Materials are good.
Support staff is also very co-operative.

One of the best Genesys Cloud CX training
I was looking for Genesys Cloud CX training and came across AJ Labs training offering. I had a discussion with AJ and understood the topics covered under the training course with options for hands on lab experience. Great Learning Experience & Trainer
I recently completed the Genesys Cloud CX training and had a great experience. The sessions were clear, well-organized, and provided a solid understanding of the platform.
A big thanks to our trainer, Abdul (AJ), for making the training engaging and easy to follow. His clear communication and engaging teaching style ensured that complex concepts were easy to grasp. His deep knowledge, clear explanations, the pace was just right and real-world examples made the sessions very effective. I now feel much more confident using the platform.

I participated in the Microsoft Teams Direct Routing training, where he thoroughly covered the step-by-step process of configuring Microsoft Teams with various SBCs, including Ribbon and AudioCodes.
