AJ Labs Opiniones

I taken the Genesys Cloud CX Architect course conducted by Abdul Jaseem through AJ Labs, and I must say it was an excellent learning experience. The course content was well-structured, highly relevant to real-world use cases, and aligned perfectly with the certification objectives.

Abdul Jaseem’s deep knowledge of the Genesys platform, especially Architect and flow design, made complex topics easy to understand. His hands-on approach, clear explanations, and willingness to clarify doubts helped me build strong foundational knowledge and practical confidence.

Thanks to this course, I was able to successfully clear the Genesys Cloud CX Architect certification. I highly recommend AJ Labs to anyone preparing for Genesys certifications or looking to gain in-depth expertise in the platform.

Abdul brother is not just a tutor – he’s a life-changer. His teaching style was absolutely fantastic and full of clarity. Because of him, I got a second chance in life. He always encouraged us, stood by us, and played a very important role in shaping who I am today.

I’ve never seen a person like him – humble, supportive, and always ready to help others. I personally see him not just as a teacher, but as a true friend.

He hasn’t just guided me – he has helped so many people. Often i ll pray for your welness..

I have took almost all training from jaseem Sir.. and all are great comprehensive.. most favourable part for me as I believe in hands on lab from scratch and jaseem Sir has mastery in taking courses from lab and production perspective. It's pleasure to me that I am part of CISCO COLLABORATION, CLOUD COLLABORATION, DIRECT ROUTING and Gensys Cloud CC.

Hi AJ,

Thank you for your training/ whtaeveritis. whateveritis == your time {not to complete OR FINISH anything in a hurry}. The training sessions were very engaging. Practical and the way you controlled us with your angerless anger was really great. I learned a lot. The most inspiring one was the last 25 mns of your 19th video.
The way you handled all our endless questions and business cases without running away deserves an award (This sentence kind of copied from one of your favourite resource. Couldn't get my own).

Thanks for making the sessions engaging, practical, and even fun at times. We (I) all learned a lot, and it wouldn’t have been the same without your dedication.
