Very poor delivery service
Th delivery driver delivered to a completely different address. It was a flat & up a flight of stairs that I had to go to retrieve too very heavy bags of compost. And delivery driver lied that I had signed for it. In fact there was no one else even at the wrong address when he just dumped the parcels !

I hope you are well and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am very sorry to hear that DHL driver delivered to the incorrect address. It is our understanding that their system automatically marks the delivery as 'SIGNED FOR' and the customer name, even when the item has been left at the address without being handed directly to the customer.
I have raised this issue with DHL and asked that they speak with their driver regarding the incorrect address being delivered too.

The collection process through Amazon was far too complicated and not like other collection pickups. I do many pick ups and they are simple and quick. I will not use this again.
